Definitions:

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live baseball game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

  • Brian

Great ratings for OUAT and Revenge as usual :)

  • Greg

Same old, same old. Revenge falls a tenth and people start to go nuts. Good lord…

666 did lower than The Simpsons rerun. That’s just bad. Not that it wasn’t any good before, but still…

  • Ryan

What a shock animation domination is down….NOT
I still think Fox just needs to wait until November to premier all the animated shows that way they don’t air 2 episodes and then have a month off. its just crazy. 1.9 for 7:30 is still alright though.

  • r0ckmypants

Nothing wrong with Revenge’s ratings. Out of six episodes, it’s had that 2.6 three times… it’s not like it bombed or something.

With the extensive damage to 666 Park Avenue’s sets due to Sandy, they should just shut down production.

My DVR didn’t record Bob’s Burgers, Family Guy or American Dad. They weren’t listed as “new” for me so my season pass didn’t catch them.

  • Mayorofsmpleton

Was afraid TGW hit a 1.5 or a 1.6. It already has scored a 1.7 last year and this year. Not a new low. Here’s hoping it adjusts up but I doubt it will

  • Joseph

This is still good for revenge ratings wise because this is the first episode to drop below 8 million in comparison to last year where it would have been lucky to hit 8 mil!

  • rob60990

ABC really needs to cancel 666 Park Ave. Theres no point in rebuilding those sets that got destroyed from the hurricane.

    @marcos, @JohnA

I wouldn’t normally waste my time replying to such idiots like Max, but enough is enough! I wanted to tell him off this time.

  • Cyrax86

I do think now that 666PA will be pulled from the schedule before it could air all of its episodes, ABC can put repeats there for the 3 remaining relevant Sundays of the year and premiere Red Widow or Mistresses ASAP.

  • Hmm

ABC should just give up on 666 at this point. Rebuilding the sets can’t even be worth it with the ratings the way they are.

  • Glue

    @Max

    1) Scandal Is SO MUCH BETTER THAN SCANDAL.
    2) These ratings are enough proof.
    3) ALSO, Scandal has a lead in of GA (Which Hits Mid 4′ and High 3’s, Scandal can barely get a 2.0!)
    4) This show is a better drama than SCANDAL.
    5) REVENGE’s Lead in hits Mid 3’s- Low 3’s, That show is doing WELL if you ask me!

SO SHUT UP. Get a life and stop trashing one of the best drama’s on TV!

  • frodo

Revenge is not falling, its stable, in the demo it has been 3.2, 2.6, 2.6, 2.8, 2.6, unless it adjusts down its been quite stable for the past 4 weeks.

  • Liam

Great for Once Upon a Time. SO happy the ratings have been going uo the last few weeks. Hopefully the will go up next week, again.
Revenge did well. Not brilliant but at least it kept most of its demo from last week.
And 666, such a good show but the ratings are bad. I dont think the show will see a second season. (sad face) I hope they at least get to have a proper series finale.
And finally, The Good Wife. It matched its series low, which is ok, but not great. I dont know if it will be canceled or renewed.

  • Tessa

I’m wondering if the drop in Revenge is because of the convoluted storyline they are following. The premise last season was simple: girl was wronged, she went after those who wronged her. This season I can’t even tell what the story is about, what the stakes are, what the characters are after. It’s starting to resemble The Vampire Diaries.

  • Michael

For the two or three people that watch “666 Park Avenue” does anyone feel bad for Jane?

  • THE OLD MAN

Really can’t say much until finals, but if numbers hold

FOX no 3.0’s at all as no dominant force here from animation

CBS TGW ties season low but hopefully may be adjusted up, rest of lineup about same

    NBC will win night easy

OUAT 3.5 nice uptick last couple weeks, but 666 can’t turn itself around

  • Just

    for Christ’s sake

REVENGE DID 2.6 LAST WEEK TOO

  • danny94

@ frodo- You missed the 2.7 it had lask week

  • JohnC

I don’t know what is the good about OUAT. I wish it was 666, it deserved better rating than OUAT.
