The Walking Dead was Sunday's top cable show with a 4.9 adults 18-49 rating, down from from last week's 5.4 rating. The second-highest rated program of the evening was Real Housewives of Atlanta with a 1.6 adults 18-49 rating.

Speaking of that, one of the deaths. They wern’t that far from the outside, at least from the editting you got that impression. And as the zombies looked like they had pretty much passed, I had to wonder why they didn’t just get Hershel and the others before acting, they had a bit of time there, not loads but some. One of the characters making a run for it with the gun would of had some success anyway.
And wow. My above paragraph, I pretty much avoided spoilers entirely, go me.
Go RHOA, that’s the highest premiere for any housewives series! Its going to be a great season and RHOBH was also great last night and I cant wait to see the ratings for it.
Still great ratings for Walking Dead. Lets not forget that us NY and New Jersey viewers are out of power, and most of the people with power lost their cable. I blame Sandy.

Not everyone in New York lacks power, power restoration has been a gradual process in the area.
i think it fell cause of last weeks episode when they sort of shifted focus the entire episode. i liked it, but i understand why it would turn some off. but after this weeks episode,seems likely that more people will be sure to tune in next week.

15 states on the coast have at least 4 million households out of power last I checked, and that was four days ago. I wasn’t speaking for all New Yorkers, just that ones that lost power. I’m from Jersey and I have power but my cable was lost due to a surge after the power came back one.
WD is down at 9pm, but up at 10pm and 11pm. still is down overall 0,4% in A18-49 (6,6 vs 7,0)and 1,177 millions in viewers (12,403vs 13,580)
lost more viewers outside 18-49 range.

The Walking Dead is now only the #2 show on television.
I think they will go way up next week. This sunday’s episodde was the best episode of any tv shows i have seen lately. I still haven’t recovered.

The reason TWD was down is because Sunday Night Football had the Cowboys and an undefeated team from a top 8 market (Atlanta).
Perhaps Fox’s Sunday cartoon block returning might have had a little bit of an effect on TWD? Still amazing numbers though, and with such a great episode I expect next week to get a bump.
I love that TWD kills of Charactors in normal episodes unlike waiting till the finale like other shows do which is so cliche.
i think it will continue to go down for the walking dead. that ep while very good left a bad taste in my mouth. the gov storyline is going no where and all chrome or whatever her name is just pouts and looks around. and really wasn’t lori like knocked up for like 10-12 months and didnt we see it coming when she got knocked up?. and lucky her kid went with her so we could have that touching flashback. good bye.
