Since Scandals 2nd week. He started out by asking everyone if we agreed with him that ABC was more satisfied with Scandals steady rating than Revenge which had dropped from its premiere but still had a higher rating. No one agreed with him and he threw a fit.

  • FatRonnyWithAFatFace

People are way to invested in Revenge. It’s doing fine anyway, so get over it. It’s just “Days of Our Lives” for primetime.

Ten p.m. for ABC just looks to be a rough slot. Even “Brothers & Sisters” didn’t do amazingly following Desperate Housewives. When was the last big hit ABC had in that slot?

Grey’s Anatomy in 2005 and 2006 was the most recent hit that ABC had in that slot. Sigh.

Oh my That is crazy. He sounds like a child. I mean I watch both Revenge and Scandal. I wish Scandal was doing better. I am happy to see Revenge doing well. It is just weird when I come on here. It is like Scandal vs Revenge. I am like why? What in the heck is going on? So he started this craziness. That is crazy.

  • MeMe

Oh my Grey’s so good back then. I miss that Grey’s. They should have left it at that time slot. Like you I will just sigh.

  • Josh

    Yay for Revenge. Goodbye Scandal

Dang it 666! Why such low ratings??? So sad…looks like this and Last Resort will be cancelled soon(if im remembering correct, Last Resort got around a 1.3 last airing). Such a shame. I honestly do think the name ‘666 Park Avenue’ turned people off from the start. If it was just ‘Park Avenue’ or even ‘999 Park Avenue’ im sure it would have started with a bigger audience. All the shows I was looking forward to this season are being canned! Such a shame. But it’s weird…it doesn’t look there are any break-out hits this season (last season had Revenge, OUAT, Grimm) just to name a few. There isn’t really anything new this year that has had a great start.

  • Babygate

Yes! for Revenge. OUAT is doing so great. At this rate they will pass Grey’s Anatomy pretty soon as ABC’s top drama. Too bad for Park Avenue. I really like the cast but this is doomed to be cancelled soon. Rachael Taylor may want to go back to Australia. She’s just not having any luck in the U.S. Maybe she should have stayed at Grey’s Anatomy. At least she would have a steady job…

  • Babygate

Agreed with the name thing. That was my feeling from the get go. Having a ‘666’ on the name probably discouraged a lot of people from watching. I know I almost didn’t watch. The only reason I did is because of the cast. But also, the writing is pretty bad…which is a shame. This show could have been great…

  • Justin121

    What’s a “hit” is relative.

It doesn’t have to pull Grey’s-2005 numbers to be considered a hit…

That said, there hasn’t been a hit Sudays @ 10 since season 2 of Brothers & Sisters. ABC shoud’ve launched another hit when Housewives was still getting 5’s and 4’s.

They only decided to do so when DH was getting 2.6s…

    Today, a 2.4 is a hit for 10pm.

  • Annie Orhan

    lol, take that max 8P

  • Nick

    yay for Revenge!!!

  • Networkman

@JONNYSBRO, we are in total agreeance with it comes to Revenge. I am glad that it was adjusted up. I only wish the show would attract more viewers. It deserves to at least have 9 million viewers weekly. It is such a strong show with great acting. We may see that once The Good Wife is moved. I feel it should hopefully run for 5 seasons or 6 seasons at the most. ABC needs to cancel 666 Park Ave effective immediately. The title of the show doomed its chances of succeeding.

Revenge and Once Upon a Time are doing very well on Sundays. Revenge seems to be doing very well compared to last year.

  • Richard Steven Hack

Nice to see Revenge adjusted up. The episode was great.

FatRonnyWithAFatFace: “It’s just “Days of Our Lives” for primetime.”

Uh, no. It’s a crime drama – or maybe a “thriller” – not a soap, although it does have soap-like aspects to it. And I know soaps have crimes depicted as well. But Revenge is about just that: revenge, in as many ways as they can cram into the show.

  • LoveMEhw

    Revenge was awesome Sunday.
    Hope it goes up more.

  • Patrick Gillease

Pull 666 from November sweeps already, ABC. These ratings are horrible! “Last Resort” would do better!

  • mayorofsmpleton

If a 666 in a title keeps a show from being watched there’s something wrong with this country.

    There’s plenty wrong actually.

The thing that should turn people off of 666 is that it’s not a particularly good show.

Hopefully THAT is the cause of low viewership, not the name. Being that it’s dropped a lot from the premiere I’m guessing THAT is the reason. ;)

  • Joseph

last night’s ep of “666 flop avenue” was very good, but still it was its all-time low in ratings i think
