Univision is the #4 Broadcast Network or Better From Monday through Friday Nights Among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34

 

Univision Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of October 29, 2012 to November 4, 2012

  • Univision was the #5 network during primetime last week among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49, and Adults 18-34.

 

  • Compared to the same week a year ago, Univision increased its audience among Total Viewers 2+ (3.7 Million, +13%) and Adults 18-49 (1.9 Million, +10%). 

 

  • Univision out-delivered one or more of the English-language broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, NBC or FOX) on five out of seven nights last week among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34. 

 

  • Univision kicked off the week on Monday as the #2 network among Adults 18-34 and #4 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering FOX in both demographics.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 10 programs for Adults 18-34 and top 15 for Adults 18-49.

 

  • On Tuesday night, Univision ranked #2 among Adults 18-34 and #3 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering ABC and FOX in both demographics.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 10 programs for both demographics.

 

  • Univision ranked #3 among Adults 18-34 and #4 among Adults 18-49 on Wednesday night, beating NBC in both demographics.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 15 programs for both demographics.

  

  • On Thursday night, Univision ranked #4 among both Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49, out-delivering NBC in both demographics. Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 10 programs for both demographics.

 

  • On Friday night Univision rose to the #1 network rank among Adults 18-34 and #2 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering CBS and NBC in both demographics.  Univision’s 9 p.m. novela “Abismo de Pasion” (Abyss of Passion) was the #1 program of the entire evening among Adults 18-34.  Overall, Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 5 programs for Adults 18-34 and top 10 for Adults 18-49.

 

  • Airing “Sabado Gigante” (Giant Saturday), Univision finished the night as the #5 network among Adults 18-49. “Sabado Gigante” delivered 2.2 Million Total Viewers 2+, 831,000 Adults 18-49, and 329,000 Adults 18-34. “Sabado Gigante” also ranked among the top 10 programs with Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49, and Adults 18-34.

 

  • On Sunday night Univision ranked as the #5 network among both Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49. At 8 p.m., “¡Mira Quién Baila!” (Look Who’s Dancing) attracted 3.7 Million Total Viewers 2+, 1.8 Million Adults 18-49 (+6% vs prior week), and 769,000 Adults 18-34 (+15%). “¡Mira Quién Baila!” also ranked among the top 15 programs with Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.

 

  • At 8 p.m., Univision’s novela “Por Ella Soy Eva” (For Her, I’m Eva) helped Univision rank as the #4 network for the hour (M-F) among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.  “Por Ella Soy Eva” delivered its best week since premiere week (w/o 7/16/12) among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.  The novela increased its audience versus the prior week and attracted 4.1 Million Total Viewers 2+, 2.2 Million Adults 18-49 (+1%), and 1.1 Million Adults 18-34 (+2%).

 

  • Univision’s 9 p.m. novela “Abismo de Pasion” (Abyss of Passion) helped Univision rank as the #3 network among Adults 18-34  and #4 among Adults 18-49 for the hour (M-F).   “Abismo de Pasion,” delivered its best week since premiere week (w/o 3/12/12) among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49, and Adults 18-34.  Also, the novela increased its audience versus the prior week and attracted 4.9 Million Total Viewers 2+ (+5%), 2.6 Million Adults 18-49 (+5%), and 1.3 Million Adults 18-34 (+8%).

 

·         Univision’s 10 p.m. novela “Amor Bravio” (Fierce Love) helped Univision rank as the #3 network for the hour (M-F) among Adults 18-34. “Amor Bravio” delivered its best week since premiere week (w/o 8/13/12) among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49, and Adults 18-34.  Also, the novela increased its audience versus the prior week and attracted 3.8 Million Total Viewers 2+, 2.0 Million Adults 18-49 (+4%), and 965,000 Adults 18-34 (+2%).
