    Over-produced mess that is the X-factor only managed to beat CW. :D

  • Sarah

    Arrow saving SPN

  • rob60990

    Had a feeling Chicago Fire and The Middle would adjust down. At least MF adjusted up and Suburgatory held its season high.

  • KS

    @Sarah

    That’s not true. Tell me name of any other show, that would get 1, if paired with Arrow.(obviously except TVD).

  • DougF

    @Allison

    Nine lives? Supernatural is still on its first one. Not once has it ever really been in danger of being cancelled.

  • Joe

    The Neighbors! I hope ABC keeps it around. it’s hilarious.

  • CrimTV

    @swiss

    They are stars from the UK X Factor not US

  • Michael

    Sarah, I’m not even a fan of Supernatural and I know for a fact, that’s not true!

    SPN has a massive insane fan-base (no offense) it’s more of a compliment.

  • Dóchas

    So happy that Arrow and SPN retained and CF didn’t lose much at all.

    WEDNESDAY
    Arrow 1.3
    SPN 1.0

    Arrow became the first show in years to remain stable above the 1.0 rating mark and the 3 million viewers. Flops such as Ringer, TSC and Hellcats fell below the 3 million mark before reaching the sixth episode. Way to go CW! Get rid of crappy girl dramas and bring on testosterone-filled shows! :D

  • Michael

    @Andy, it’s only been 3 years lol!

  • Mickey

    @Allison

    Why won’t Supernatural just die already. This show has nine lives.

    Much like the characters on the show. Life imitates art. :D

  • Tessa

    Arrow and Supernatural keeping their good numbers, I’m happy.

  • shouichi

    I’m happy for SPN, because c’mon, MAN! this is CW show, not CBS o whatever so the rating is still fine!

    and The Voice. Whohooo…you did a great job, baby.
    what? xfactor has so many famous singer bla bla bla? are you talking abou XF UK? what abou XF US? sorry. none because the rating says so since season 1. LOL

    @Alison Why won’t Supernatural just die already. This show has nine lives.

    Because people, in the proper demographic, continue to watch and enjoy it. Why do you want it to die. Is there some fantastic show that is the CW will pick up that isn’t getting made because of Supernatural? And if so, maybe they should cancel something like Emily Owens or one of the other shows that is getting much poorer ratings. It’s not like the CW has a plethora of hits and is holding off on bringing in the next great show because every show has ratings so high they just can’t cancel them.

  • Mickey

    @Sarah

    Arrow saving SPN

    SPN was the second highest show on the network last year, even though it was on Friday nights and had the lowest rated lead-in (for most of the season anyway.) It didn’t need to be saved. Arrow is obviously helping, mostly by shifting DVR viewers to live viewers because with a double feature they have more reason to make an evening of it. But it didn’t save it.

  • Tessa

    @Sarah

    Arrow wasn’t there when Supernatural got renewed for an 8th season. If anything Arrow is benefiting from Supernatural’s fanbase not the other way around.

  • Fred

    So sad that FOX’s #1 show is currently the X Factor.
    And NBC’s #1 is The Voice. The spread is remarkable.
    I never could have guessed that.

    Nashville should be moved to Sunday at 10:00 when 666 (I will miss it) is finished. I am so sure fans will follow it on Sunday. It feels like a Sunday Night show as well.
    But finding another solid drama Wednesday at 10:00 will be difficut.
    It took many canceled shows in that timeslot before Revenge proved itself a winner last season.

    None taken. Most of us are crazy in the good way. ;)
