    Why are people constantly crediting these rating slips to good judges and lack there of. I wouldn’t be surprised if half of these people are still stuck in the year 2000 in their Xtina vs Britney phase.

    It’s clear the Voice gets more ratings, speculate all you want about why, but it’s there. The Voice is a ratings success and that’s it. Obviously is not doing as well, but you’re comparing two shows on completely different networks. X-factor is doing well for Fox. A lot of you act like you know half of where these shows’ revenue come from. You don’t know squat. Quit pretending that scripted show rules apply to reality shows.

    In my country the most successful shows worldwide plays on the channel Mnet, The Voice plays on a mediocre channel and is way behind. X-factor plays on Mnet and it’s up to date with the episodes from the US. Do you think this is a coincidence? X-factor makes a much bigger splash around the world than the voice does and I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of it’s revenue comes from this as well.

    Chris Rene, Melanie Amaro and Rachel Crow are stars?????? LMAO. In what universe?

  • Kavyn

    The XFactor is atrocious, and this is coming from someone that loved watching Auditions/Boot Camp/Judges Homes. The live shows are just horrendous in every possible way.

  • JC

    Yay for SPN and Arrow being stable!

  • Dóchas

    I’m just happy that my DVR is getting some action this year. Last year I only recorded Supernatural and SOA. This year I have a slew of shows to record. Wednesday’s and Thursday’s have become my must see TV.

    I’m sorry, I can’t recall the OP but @OP who has watched the promo for SPN like 18 times? I am so excited for that. It looks like it’s going to be one big emotional ride.

  • Nick

    Wow, what got into ABC and the CW tonight? Everything shot up!
    Season highs for Suburgatory and Arrow yeah!

    I’m surprised that The Neighbors didn’t plummet. It had a terrible, offensive episode that went entirely against its supposedly family-friendly premise. It should go down next week.

    @hahaha

    You are truly DELUSIONAL if you think Chris Rene, Melanie Amaro, and Rachel Crow are “stars”! LOL

  • Brian

    I actually expect Supernatural to get a 1.1 with the return of Castiel. This episode was hyped all summer long, I expect a lot more viewers to turn up. I think Arrow will either get a 1.3 again because of The Royal Flush Gang or a 1.2, give or take. Either way, next Wedsnesday will be a good night for the CW.

  • hahaha

    @josh
    not a super stars as one direction, and others but if they can sold more than 300000 copies yes ! Are most succeful than any The voice “star”

  • Josh

    @Lyndle

    This website is for U.S. ratings.

    Nobody cares about how Flop Factor beats The Voice in the country of Uzgalimaniastan.

  • Josh

    @hahaha

    Ok I will leave you to your delusions about Flop Factor creating stars. This website is about ratings though and The Voice is SLAUGHTERING Flop Factor! ;-)

  • gustavo

    What an awesome surprise:Chicago Fire did 2,2.That is great.Another two surprises:SPN reached 1,0 and the Middle won against The X Factor:2,7 vs 2,6

  • Serial Rocker

    @hahaha

    The very fact you used the craptastic here-today-gone-tomorrow One Direction as an example of “super stars” proves very clearly that you have absolutely no idea whatsoever when it comes to music.

    Do yourself a favour. Stop waiting for these mediocre talent shows to create your next big thing and go out and buy some albums from bands that have actually worked hard, gigged hard and earned their fame! Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, AC/DC, The Who, Green Day, Metallica… All real examples of super stars who will be remembered fifty years from now, unlike anyone from the X Factor.

    So basically they kept the Neightbors so it can do numbers that Cougar Town can pull if not better. Plus Cougar Town was near syndication and its ABC owned. ABC is stupid sometimes, but at least Cougar Town lives on

  • Ricardo

    @Ram510

    If Cougar Town pulled that 2.1 last spring I guarantee you it would still be on ABC. It didn’t.

  • Dahne

    Impressive night for the CW. Nice job Arrow and Sueprnatural.

    @Nick

    What are you talking? It was a great episode. I can’t imagine what you found offensive and please don’t share.

  • SJ

    As expected, The Middle beats The X Factor. Poor, poor Fox.

    Aside from The X Factor dipping, all networks pretty much had a good night. That’s become a real rarity this season.

  • Dan S

    I just read on Dealine that Chicago Fire just got a back 9 order for a full season. Even though I haven’t watched CF congrats to fans of the show. Granted it could use a stronger lead in than the aging SVU.
