    Holy crap 2 1/2 Men! You’re in your 10th year and still getting numbers like that? You guys can’t say it’s all because of TBBT. A good show is a good show. Regardless of the lead-in, if viewers don’t like a show, they will tune out. Yes I’m talking about you Partners!

  • Wagner

    Scandal will take Private Practice’s place on tuesdays, just saying.

  • TVDxItachi

    TVD IS JUST TOO GOOD. GET RAPED POI. SUPPORT VD AND SPREAD THE WORD OF ITS GREATNESS. I BELIEVE WORD TO MOUTH IS VERY STRONG FOR VD. I GOT FIVE OF MY FRIENDS TO WATCH AND NOW WE TUNE IN LIVE. KATHERINE BCK NEXT WEEK. I SMELL 1.6 NEXT WEEK. HOPEFULLY 1.7. NEW YORK CUSTOMERS PROBABLY HELPED VD GAINS.

  • Vance

    BATB will drop to a 0.4 at least once by the end of the season. It will be cancelled.

  • Melissa

    I don’t understand how The Big Bang Theory always beats Modern Family. I watch them both, but I find Modern Family far more entertaining.

  • POI

    @Mark

    we will just have to wait and see

  • SJ

    I so hope Scandal gets moved mid-season. Its already paltry ratings will just drop further until it’s finally cancelled.

    OK, so, the election is over and Rock Center is still a dud. Now will NBC FINALLY cancel it? Or at the very least move it to Sundays at 7pm after football? It is just wasting perfectly good mid-week real estate and with Chicago Fire getting a full season they have no more time slots left for Do No Harm and Hannibal (I assume the other two dramas are summer burn-off at this point).

    CW for this week:

    1) TVD: 1.5
    2) Arrow: 1.3
    3) Supernatural: 1.0
    4) Beauty And The Beast: 0.7
    5) 90210: 0.4
    6) Gossip Girl: 0.3

    *Tuesday was Election Day*

    Nikita and ANTM will air tonight (so the list can chance)

    i wonder why scandal keeps on getting adjusted down, i find it ridicoulous that max still considers it a hit even though it hit 1s and call revenge a flop even though its almost at a 3 and not to mention its at lock renewal while on the other hand scandal is at a toss up i really wish that it would do better and maxs crazieness will stop once and for all. putting revenge down isn’t going to help scandals ratings. i think that abc really cares about scandal by giving it its strongest lead in but still hit 1s. it was promoted a lot last year. i have seen shows that rarly get any promotion and still hit 3s. its about people liking the show.

  • bray

    “Lana Lang and the Beast” very boring

  • Bookworm

    I knew that would happen for Scandal but it’s still going pretty steady, the two minutes gets it every time so I don’t take it too serious anymore. For a 10pm show it is averaging around the same mark as all of them. It’s not at the top but far from the bottom.

    As for Last Resort, I’m really upset that the Vampire Diaries on CW (Yes, CW!!!) beat it this week.

    Not cool.

  • TVDxItachi

    ops i meant LAST RESORT. LOL

  • Holly

    @aciel,

    i wonder why scandal keeps on getting adjusted down,

    If I had to guess, I’d say that Grey’s has overruns scheduled (ending at 10:01 or 10:02) so the adjustment is just the Grey’s numbers being taken out.

  • Michael

    @Bookworm, this isn’t the first time Vampire Diaries has beat or tied with Last Resort.

  • Holly

    @Vance,

    BATB will drop to a 0.4 at least once by the end of the season. It will be cancelled.

    Quite possibly. But in the end BATB’s future depends heavily on the performance of Cult and Carrie Diaries. If both of those bomb, BATB might end up getting a renewal more out of default than performance.

  • eridapo

    I know 18-49 matters, but if we look at 25-54 the battle between Greys and POI looks very different…

    Grey’s Anatomy 4.0/ 9
    Person of Interest 4.4/10

    Greys however owns the 18-34 demo 2.4/7 versus POI’s 1.4/4

    For comparison on 18-34, TVD scored a 1.6/5

  • Reward

    If B&B stay between 0.6 and 0.7 until the end, it could be possible being renewed.

  • DonnaT

    That’s great news for The CW – TVD still it’s strongest show and B&TB up a little from last week. I still imagine The CW senior staff are scratching their collective heads over their Thursday line-up – why no new show has managed to hold even half of TVDs demo after the first half dozen episodes on average (again, I don’t have ready access to my data on this computer.)

  • John A

    Vance predicted a 0.5 last week for BATB. Always hating on CW shows.

  • omabin

    @eridapo, where do you get those demos? I would like to have access to that information.
