yes days is on fire they are at the top of there game and i cant wait untill nov 5 to nov 9 ratings come out days will go up even higher with its jamed pack week with nicole and kristen john&marlena days is great its the best soap on daytime the other 3 suck gh the most they suck they cant act to save there life take that gh gag me to throw up and again congrats days heres to another 47 years keep it up
@donald gh does not have bad acting at all i completely disagree and i tried watching Bo’s and Caroline’s last episode and i couldn’t finish it. To me its still The Sami Brady Show. But i know you like watching so i won’t say anything more negative about it.
Gh is awesome i think the ratings will go way higher next week with the return of robin and alan q! Plus friday’s cliffhanger was one of the best. I think cartini are doing a great job with the show. I couldnt watch it when jill farren phelps, guza and garin wolf were in charge!
B&B is really good they have laid off the love triangle a bit and focused more on the forresters and bill and katie which i like.
Y&R is so boring! The Newmans and Phyllis have taken over the show! I do like how jill came back though!
I’m rooting for all four soaps to do well, even though I don’t care for B&B, and don’t watch it. We need to keep fighting to keep the soap genre alive and well! We don’t want to lose the few we have left.
I have been watched Days for over a year now and it is certainly right up there with GH!

Wow GH was so good on Fri. It’s a must see all the time, and I’m loving it.
So glad Robin is back. What a cliffhanger on Fri! So glad it’s been doing so well. 2 weeks after the olympics, and it’s beat days,every week. Even with the new time change. GH hasn’t beat Days in way over a year. WAY TO GO GH! I’m Hooked!
GH is on fire right now and if DAYS wants to beat its gonna have to get desperate and actually have Nicole start slashing some people off.
@donald accolla I find it quite laughable that you claim DAYS has better actors than GH or any other soap, for that matter. They have some of the absolute worst actors in daytime on that show. GH is by far the most superior soap on the air these days, thanks to Ron C. writing it!

Next week is going to be interesting as all four of the soaps are having great sweep periods quality wise so we should see some increases next week as well.
Once Y&R gets deep into this Victoria storyline that’s gonna really help them out a little bit. B&B is saying goodbye to a legend in Queen Stephanie. Nicole is killing people on DAYS and then GH is just on fire and simply the best of the bunch.

From the beginning of Robins story. I always thought Faison was behind it. Then other characters came back.. Jerry and Duke. I was beginning to doubt my theory. Now I’m almost sure Faison is behind it. I mean who else can it be. He kidnapped Robin once before and always wanted Anna. It makes sense. Please make it happen… I want to be proven right.

Ron C. and Frank V really know how to write soap opera stories that bring in the fans. Gay male writers seem to know how to please the female soap fans out there better than straight women writers. Y & R should get a clue.
Adam should be bisexual on Y & R. He’s become boring, and him being with Chelsea is boring. Adam was more interesting when he was involved with Sharon, and sleeping with Rafe, and gaslighting Ashley….all at the same time. Ratings were higher back then too! Thats how good the story was at the time. Since then Adam has lost his spark, and his identity.
Sabrina on GH will end up being David Hayward and Anna Devane’s “dead” daughter, Leora. David will come to PC. Makes sense. Ron C and Frank V have a gold mine writing for ABC’s sole soap…as they can bring over AMC and OLTL characters from time to time (some short term, some permanent) as that would please most all of ABC’s soap fan base. I could see Ron C bringing AMCs Angie and Jesse to PC too. Would all tie in beautifully.
The “My Soap is better just because!” argument is not only silly, but counterproductive. Let’s agree we want the Soap genre to survive, and realize the breath of life it’s taking now is a great thing.
I watch 3 of the 4 soaps out there, and by in large, the acting is at least at par. The writing is what is bringing the soaps back to life. You can take the blandest of characters and with some great writing, make them amazing.
I say Kudos to the writing teams at DAYS and GH in particular this week. While I’ve never watched and episode of GH, I hear it’s doing better than ever and I think that’s great. Keep it up!
GH’s cliffhanger on Friday was GREAT!! I literally can’t wait till tomorrow! I think the ratings will be over 3 million again soon.
