Definitions:
DVR (Time-shifted) Adults 18-49 Ratings – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs.
Live+Same Day(Live+SD) ratings include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing.
Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.
DVR Ratings Increase Past Airdate - How many people watched the show on their DVRs within 7 days following the airdate
Until the 2009-2010 season, we used a show's LIVE program rating or viewership as the base upon which the LIVE+7 day DVR viewing was added. Now, the press seems to be standardizing around using LIVE+SAME DAY DVR viewing as the base for the calculations, so that's what we do now as well.

Is this week when Revolution was not airing?
So the supposed worst episode of Supernatural (although I didn’t think so) still breaks the 1.0 mark with +7 factored in
And Nikita’s Live+7 doesn’t even come close to what Supernatural got for Live. Still can’t believe some Nikita fans believe if it was at Wednesday at 9pm it would be drawing close to the same number as Supernatural
The lack of HE/Apt 23 is disappointing.
LOL, so Nikita got a 0.4..
Excellent for Nashville.
Really enjoying it.
I just don’t think the audience is there for Nikita.
Even with 7 day DVR, it only inches up to a 0.4 – I think that kinda proves that no matter where Nikita is on CW’s schedule (Friday at 9 PM or 8 PM or any other day), it will not get anything above a 0.4 live. Period. People just are not watching it anymore.
CW needs to axe 90210 too. Again, the viewing audience for 90210 just isn’t there anymore. People aren’t just not watching 90210 live this season. They aren’t watching it at all. I am not looking at any numbers, but I feel like 90210 really bled a lot of viewers since last season.
If only it were live ratings.
That ABC Sunday line up has high ratings.
Once Upon A Time – 4.9
Revenge – 4.0
666 Park Avenue – 2.5
AVERAGE – 3.8
Nikita (:
That’s insane that Nikita only grows 2 tenths, when DVR is factored in! There’s really no justifying this, lol.
Damn, Vampire Diaries numbers are MASSIVE!
90210, GG, Nikita and BATB can’t even get a 1.0 with DVR boosts..
If these were the live ratings it would be amazing
20 mil for big bang…awesome!
Great for Modern Family. Great Numbers for Revenge and Nashville aswell.
I would have thought Scandal would get a larger DVR boost than it does.
Least nikita manages to top something even though its in the percentages but its better than nothing
I am a huge TV watcher, and I watch Nikita, but I’m behind on TV and haven’t watched any episodes yet. There could be others like that. Not all DVR users watch an episode within 7 days. I plan to just hold out for the winter when no tv is on. At least I’ll have a series to watch and not just one episode of each show.
Why are people acting like this is a surprise? It’s been well documented that Nikita performs best with older men. Not quite The CW’s target audience.
As usual, Grimm gets a nice boost. Scandal doing okay, but not enough people are watching live so it does not matter.
Don’t talk about a 0.4. For The CW, it’s not that bad lol Even for Nikita, now “alone” on a friday, getting a 0.2.
