Due to the nature of live  programming the ratings for NBC (NFL Football), & FOX(Football Overruns)  are approximate and subject to more than the typical adjustments in the final numbers. See below for more information on these Fast Affiliate Ratings.

NBC was number one among adults 18-49 and with total viewers.

On NBC, Sunday Night Football (Texans/Bears) earned a preliminary 7.0 adults 18-49 rating from 8:30-11:00PM, down 4%  from last week's 7.3 rating.

The start times of FOX's animated shows were delayed about 20 minutes due to football overrun, rendering their preliminary ratings meaningless. The final numbers for the programs, including the 200th episode of Family Guy will be available tomorrow.

On ABC, America's Funniest Home Videos earned a 1.4 adults 18-49 rating, down 18%  from  last week's 1.7 adults 18-49 rating. Once Upon A Time garnered a  series low 2.7down 23% from last week's 3.4 adults 18-49 rating. Your predictions were way too optimistic, probably because you did not anticipate  FOX’s football game running way over. Revenge scored a season low 2.4, down 11% from last week's 2.7 adults 18-49 rating. 666 Park Avenue scored a 1.3 among adults 18-49 rating, matching  last week’s series low.

On CBS, 60 Minutes earned a 1.7, down 50% from last week's 3.4 adults 18-49 rating. The Amazing Race scored a 2.4 adults 18-49 rating, down 8%  from last week's 2.6. The Good Wife tied last week's series-low 1.7 adults 18-49. The Mentalist matched last week's 1.8 adults 18-49 rating.

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live baseball game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

Once had the biggest drop due to football. Revenge is still kicking ass, im sorry to break it to any pressed people in here but its sure to come back for season 3. And if it gets a full season 3, then its likely that it will go beyond season 4 for syndication deals.

  • Dude

Whoa Revenge had its best episode of the season last night and OUAT was a “Red” episode (which are the best ones for obvious reasons). How did that happen?

  • aciel

the show scandal is a piece of garbage how do you compare a piece of garbage with a masterpiece of revenge. get over it alex and max revenge has an audience because people actually like the show. i don’t know what promotion has to do with it. i mean ive seen shows that dont get any promotion and still hit 3s. scandal on the other hand is boring i watched like the first season because i wanted to give it a chance but it was boring. revenge is actually entertaining. revenge is up against a lot of the show the walking dead, the good wife, boardwalk empire A LOT of shows come at this time scandal only has to compete with 2 shows. nobody is jelous of scandal most of the people that watch scandal also watch revenge. MAX i dont know when your going to get it through your thick head that people actually like the show. if revenge maintained its audience because of ads then people would only like watch 1 of 2 episodes but people keep coming back doesn’t that mean something? gosh stop bringing up scandal on the revenge ratings page their both completely different show. scandal is garbage i’m surprised it was even renewed.

Oh666. :(. I can’t believe it…why do you have such bad ratings!!?? Last nights episode was amazing…..it was crazy! The show is FINALLY starting to go somewhere….but sadly nobody is watching it! Please ABC, give it a proper finale or some other network pick it up!

  • BxActor

Ok really ???? 666 ummmm really …. Abc HEllooooooooo . No one is watching . Are u kidding me with those ratings . Wth

  • milke

If you compare american horror storys ratings to park avenue 666 is doing really good have to remember not as many watch that type of show

  • Nik

I don’t understand why it’s necessary to denigrate Scandal. If you don’t watch it, fine. If your show is doing well in the ratings, then what’s the issue? I personally love Scandal. It’s demo may not be great, but it pretty much retains its audience new ep to new ep. Just because you don’t like a show it doesn’t mean you have to troll it and wish for it to be cancelled. Way to be mature.

And, maybe if ABC actually advertised it the show would do better. Last night was the first time I saw ABC advertise it on a day that wasn’t Thursday.

Your advice goes to MAX as well..MAX are you reading that?

  • Eas

Bears-Texans would be a nice little Super Bowl match-up for CBS.

  • BxActor

American horror story , The walking dead and 666 park ave had the same interested viewers that love the genre . They did not stay around for 666 .

60 minutes down because of their lame cover up of Obama’s not saying it was a terrorist attack on th 4 Americans – good bye 60 minutes –

the last of great journalism gone! Idiots!

  • Flame

Hm, pending the usual up-adjustment for Race, people turned off. Wonder if that might be because of the no-consequence-issue of theft and the Magpie Twins.

“60 minutes down because of their lame cover up of Obama’s not saying it was a terrorist attack on th 4 Americans – good bye 60 minutes –

the last of great journalism gone! Idiots!”

60 Minutes down because it didn’t follow the CBS late national NFL doubleheader game like last week.

For those keeping track at home:

“60 Minutes Soars” every week it follows the late doubleheader game

“60 Minutes Plummets” every week it doesn’t.

    Simple, eh?

But we need political comments too! They’re more than welcome in the cable news ratings comments, but lets keep them out of the regular ratings threads.

I am disappointed for Once Upon A Time. It was a very good episode. I just hope that The Walking Dead gets really strong ratings for another great episode.

    Kill yourself

I don’t watch Revenge but that show is not in danger. 666 Park Avenue is the one you should be ranting about.

  • Kavyn

Half hours don’t determine adjustments, Bill has said it hundreds (thousands?) of times by now.

  • AJ

Next week ABC has The American Music Awards, what a mes

  • Kavyn

@ToXiX, yikes, harsh words. Don’t go TSC fan-level crazy on us :)

  • Networkman

I was surprised that ABC advertised Scandal during Revenge the way it did. I thought the promo really detailed the concept of Scandal. I guess the network now feels that the viewing audience that enjoys Revenge will also be interested in Scandal. This could also be an indication that Scandal will inherit the Sunday 10pm timeslot after 666 Park Ave is cancelled. That would be a great thing. I would certaintly watch Scandal after Revenge.

  • Liam

Im gonna say the NFL overrun on FOX hurt Once Upon a Time. But still the ratings are still good.
