FOX The Mob Doctor 0.8/2 3.01

Jennifer Love Hewitt said it best, “What are you waiting for?”

LOL people still quote that :D

She and Neve Campbell (Scream) are still ‘Scream Queens’ according to US Weekly.

    Good times :D

Most TV shows are going to go down in the ratings over the Holidays. It’s not unusual.

    @Ultima

The 18-34 demo is much more likely to provide a meaningful insight into FOX’s decisions than the 25-54 demo.

Shhh, don’t tell them, you might destroy their fantasies.

And today has been a great day for the Fan Excuse Bingo: still the aftermath of the Hurricane, football, nearing of the holidays, veteran celebration’s day, 25-54 demo as the new seek by the advertisers ,maybe I left others behind.

Yet, HIMYM does much better than last week and Teen Mom debuts huge… something doesn’t add up.

I think now Fox is happy with cancelling house last year and airing a new program that has 0.8 good job fox.

    @Peter
The House people decided to end the show.

    Revofalling.
    Great for H50 :)

Abc should really consider moving dancing to Tuesday/wed

@ramirescl REVOFALLING. hahaah, fantastic, lo mejor que he leído por acá en estos días. jajajaja. tal cual!!

Wednesday is one of ABC’s better nights. Why would they mess around with their comedy block?

I’m sure they are. It was an old, expensive show with rapidly declining ratings that wasn’t being produced in house.

“Off the top of my head – House S1, House S2, House S3, Grey’s Anatomy S2, Desperate Housewives S1, Glee S1, CSI: S1…

    I don’t count though… if I had OCD I would have found a dozen more! ”

NBC is doing great this season!

Castle is steady and MNF still carries all the male population. They are down in the man caves while the women swoon over all things Castle!

  • Oliver

I wouldn’t be surprised if MNF hurt Revolution and it bounces back a little next week.

Yes, Revolution is usually against MNF, but a superficially unappealing matchup became interesting as the game went along, which probably hit Revolution the hardest.

(Note: I don’t watch Revolution and would enjoy considerable schadenfreude from it failing)

eridapo, going by what you posted, The Cleveland Show could be the youngest skewing show on broadcast television.

Seriously, CBS has way too much invested and riding on Hawaii Five-0 for the network to kill the program anytime soon, IMO. I checked the original show stats…CBS moved it’s time slot 8 times in 12 years, and it peaked in the overall ratings in third place in YEAR 5! (And I would bet that today’s CBS execs would very likely move this updated version to save it if needed). I also think that if the writers can ground the show in slightly more serious reality like last night’s episode (Nov. 12) the series will own it’s time slot and begin consistently rising in the ratings. The episode demonstrated what the show CAN be… I hope it wasn’t just a quirk of writing.

Lots of shows going strong ,
    The Voice,
    HIMYM, 2BG, Mike & Molly,
lots of other shows doing okay ,
then there are shows that probably need to be replaced if something better is in the wings ,
    The Mob Doctor,
Partners , any else see this being replaced with 13 episodes of The Rules of Engagement to end the season,
the question mark out there is ,
Revolution , this is a show thats doing better then I had expected , but it moves all over the place when it comes to character focus. One week its all about the bratty kids, another its all about the adults. In the end I think the way the story is being told it will result in more viewers leaving the show then checking it out and staying hooked.

With Revolution only having 2 more episodes before it breaks and comes back on January 7th, I would not be surprised if it ends the year at 2.4 or 2.5

I genuinely wouldn’t mind if Aaron, Charlie and Nora all died in a mysterious fire. I feel like all the sub storylines of Revolution (Danny and Rachel, Neville and Family, Monroe and Rachel, Grace, etc) are all so much more fascinating. The four leads are taking up too much screen time.

I was hoping Nora would join Mia and those two would have an adventure of their own. I like following along the different adventures and not just the one group looking for someone we already know is safe.

This show needs more action, more deaths (without the blatant “SOME ONE WILL DIE THIS EPISODE” advertising… which was incredibly annoying and pretty much ruined the episode since it was so obvious who would die); if this show channeled some more Game Of Thrones I’d enjoy it a lot more.

Glad that H50 was adjusted up. Monday episode was fantastic – it had everything the best about H50 plus some real drama for Danny’s character. Ouch for “Castle” but I didn’t like the last episode. “Revolution” seems to going down like it should – hopefully it keeps losing viewers.

Revolution was pathetic. Yet ANOTHER pointless “rescue mission”! How many MORE people is that stupid prole teenager going to force Matheson to rescue before bothering with her BROTHER? My god, the writers are just dragging this thing out! This is a clear sign the writers and producers have no idea where to take this show.

The whole “how do we get across the river”? Ever heard of inner tubes? Floating across? Plenty of tires laying around, right? Oh, no, we need to “walk into a trap – until I say turn around and run”… This idiot was a MARINE? (Wait – maybe that does explain it… :-) ) Or more precisely – the writers are morons? (Hint: Yes.)

This show is just becoming THE worst new show this season. It’s ratings have got to collapse – like Ringer’s last year – before spring is over. There’s just no “there” there.
