    The ratings of Revenge at this point say it will see 4 seasons. It should not go on any further it will be far too dragged out at that point.

    @BigBrotherFan

    It fell at 0.7 aganist awards

  • OMG

    @ Big Brother Fan

    Yes, it did. Of course I remembered that day, up against Grammys it got a 0.7 with many posters laughing at the CW-like ratings, though if I am not wrong besides that the lowest it got is 1.2.

    Unfortunately for its fans I do think 666 Park Avenue will not go through well. GCB reached a 1.5 after a 0.9 Titanic, and got canned. It is just bad luck that GCB is in the 2011-2012 season on ABC, because ABC was on a roll that year on dramas.

    But I do think 10pm Sundays on ABC is overrated, it always seemed that ABC somehow expect super high ratings, so it ended up pulling even modest performers like GCB.

    @Max, you are ridiculous haha ! :D

    Keep insulting Revenge, meanwhile, ABC will never be stupid as you are and cancel a show that a 2.5 is a season low, and for Scandal, a 2.5 is a series high.
    If there is a competition here, it’s between Nashville and Scandal, both are making the same ratings, and one of them is certainly going to be cancel.

    I remind you that Scandal have a 3.3 lead-in, Revenge a 2.7 lead-in this week.

    Don’t cry, enjoy Scandal as she’s still on air… it will soon going to be canceled. :)

    (sorry for my english, i’m not english)

    I suspect Once will have a higher than normal DVR rating share this week. Even though football and fairy tale fans are polar opposites, the football overrun on FOX is the only logical explanation for such a steep drop for Once from last week. It will rebound in the weeks ahead, even after the AMA’s next week.

    @RJ: TM and TGW won’t switch timeslots. It’s not about ratings, it’s about ownership and syndication. TM is doing quite well considering its timeslot and the declines that other 10 PM shows have experienced. H5O is drawing terrible numbers, Vegas is doing even worse, BB is down significantly, and Elementary is a disappointment on the only that’s brought CBS better numbers than last season.

    Things would change if WB sold TM’s syndication deal to CBS for a dollar. Until that happens, TM, just like all the other non-CBS shows, is more likely to be in trouble than CBS-produced shows.

  • Nope

    great job MENTALIST

  • The Hafk

    @OMG

    That model tends to happen more on cable here.

    I do agree though, 20 excellent episodes of a show are better than 200 mediocre ones.

  • HalCapone

    Every nursing home in America must tune into CBS Sunday nights. The CBS demo must be like 68-99 (18-49 +50years). Yikes, even moldy 60 Minutes was down more than 50% from last week.

    @max can you please stop with the consistant bashing this needs to stop just because you want something to be cancelled it doesnt mean other don’t. i’m curious as to how your always the first one to post. i know that you dont like all the promotion the show gets. but scandal is doing fine its steady cant you just leave revenge because scandal is doing well.

  • POI

    yes 666 park avenue is less than arrow this week LOL.

  • s0303

    @ rj…they aren’t going to switch tgw and the mentalist…same thing happened last year with tgw and csi:miami and they were not switched…actually pretty sure csi did better than what the mentalist is doing, and it got cancelled…

  • Gabe

    @Just

    i’m glad I’m not the only one who thinks that way. Pretty sure they would have banned him had they not been behind it themselves.

  • Jim

    The good news for OUAT iis that it was a pointless filler episode so fans can come back and not have missed anything a 30 second recap can’t cover.

  • Juan

    Revenge and OUAT are great but I love revenge so much, I hope they both rebound big in 2 weeks, the commercial for OUAT looked badass, plus is it me or every time OUAT goes on a small break it always comes up from its last episode. I guess it gives people a time to catch up

  • ClamCam

    Wow at Revenge! a 90% retention, it shows that is completely lead in independent…and if OUAT keep sliding, it will become #1 show of the night!
    I agree that the story is getting harder and harder to follow and if they continue expanding the storylines it will be a mess (ala lost season 3)…I have faith in Mike Kelley though!

  • Judy912

    Yay for ‘The Mentalist’ being adjusted up a tenth. Now if it could hit a steady 2.0 weekly then perhaps it won’t get canceled. It is also good news that the total viewership remains good being it’s up against NBC’s powerhouse Sunday Night Football games.

  • Babygate

    Wow, football really did a number on OUAT. Or maybe it was that the episode was kind of weak. I like the whole idea of Red being the wolf but the actress playing her is rather weak. She couldn’t carry the show. On the other hand Revenge is just getting better and better. I felt like I was watching a movie. So much intrigue. And the Target commercials are a hoot with the little Revenge plot. Loving all of it. This is one show I call ‘delicious’. 666, wow, getting CW numbers. It just keep getting worst and worst. What a mess this is. The show has no direction. It’s becoming painful to watch. Too bad. I love having Vanessa and Terry on my screen. They make an outstanding couple.

  • Andrew

    on a side note, the whole being dragged out thing is so true.
    Gossip Girl is the perfect example. sometimes shows just overstay their welcome. even when you’re a fan.

  • OodlesofNoodles

    Hopefully the ratings for Once will bounce back up when it returns in two weeks. That’s assuming that they return with a better episode, of course. Child of the Moon was the worst of the season so far, and possibly the series.

    They really need to straighten out what their primary story arc is for this season, because at the moment they’re bouncing through so many story lines that it feels like the show’s structure is falling apart. I’m also sad that Child of the Moon wasn’t a better vehicle for Red. I like the character and the actress, but this was not a great episode for showcasing either of them.
