As far as my Government experience goes, I worked for the Government for 21 yrs. I started when I was 19, so what does that tell you? In case you didn’t know, we can retire after 20 years of service. Again, unless you know what you’re talking about, I suggest you do some research before flapping you lips.
Hey Billhilly! Step away from the still and have a doughnut!!!
Bakery makes donuts injected with liquor flavors
CHICAGO –
A new kind of adult treat is being whipped up at one Chicago bakery.
These deep fried donuts are injected with different jelly and liquor flavors.
The owners say the donuts are legal because they cook the fillings to eliminate the alcohol while still leaving the strong flavors behind.

AppleStinx – My last visit to Guy’s own restaurant (initials JG) in Santa Rosa was a waste of money, the food was so poorly prepared. I thought he so busy with Food Network as to not be in the area often enough to check on his cooks.

I never heard of the guy until you mentioned him. He looks like he should have tattoo parlors instead of restaurants.

Just read my previous comment and that should give you an idea of what I did.
“Having worked for the Goverment for 21 years, I can tell you that we don’t call the President every time to ask for his permission and await his orders. If that were the case, he would Dion’s phone 24 hours of the day, seven days a week, and still wouldn’t be able to get to everyone. This is why we have thousands and thousands of leaders in key positions all over the world to make those decisions as things are unfolding. Even when Americans die, the president usually doesn’t get briefed in till the following day.
The president doesn’t make calls on tactical situations on the ground, the ground commander or the highest ranking person in charge makes those calls and decisions as to how they’re going to go about defending their post, base, complex, etc. They don’t just get on the phone and called the president and asked the President what they should do, that’s not the way it works. When you’re on the ground, you don’t have time for that. You make decisions on the ground based on the tactical situation that is in front of you. To be honest with you, even Petraeus wouldn’t be in the mix of making those decisions on the ground. If anything, a General or the highest ranking person in the tactical operations room at the CIA headquarters would make those key decisions and contact generals in charge of that area.
As leaders, we have SOP’s that we go by. Nowhere in those SOPs did we ever have “call the President” for guidance or permission. In my world, we made decisions based off of previous experience and are SOPs. And yes, even when somebody died, we wouldn’t stop our mission or rescue efforts to notify the President. Now if that person in charge of the CIA’s tactical operation center made some mistakes, then usually that person or the next highest ranking member would take the fall. if the general in charge of that area makes a mistake then he or the next highest ranking member would take the fall. That’s just the way it works.”
^Again, Dion = be on and in till = until.
