Nice to see EO steady, HOD is still doing decent imho (I personally don’t like the show but 0.6 as a low isn’t bad for the CW at all).

  • DryedMangoez

    Yeah Parenthood!
Hope Go On stays above 2.0 when The Voice ends.

    awww dixie!!!!

omg. just.. omg. these ratings. fast forward to next fall already. or change the ratings system. just do something because these are awful all around. it seems like every other day, the posts yell “WHAT HAPPENED TO THE RATINGS LAST NIGHT!?” and with good reason.

outside of the voice, NCIS, and NCIS:LA, nothing did good. out of FIFTEEN different scripted shows last night, only 1 breaks a 3.0 and only 3 others break 2.0? pathetic. both ABC’s and FOX’s comedy blocks are not working and need renovation. and NBC’s is barely hanging on. i can’t even imagine what spring numbers will be like. 1.0 will be the new 2.0? but erratic scheduling + high DVR usage are killing everything. i just hope my favorites survive the bloodbath.

it’s not been a good week for ABC so far. i hope the rest of the week is better. but a 1.1 for PP? somehow i’m not even surprised. NO WAY anyone other than big fans + casual fans who saw its facebook page would know it was on. and ABC, start promoting it as the final season already! maybe you’ll get an extra tenth or two out of it. and with a 1.1, you’ll need any help.

HILARIOUS episode of happy endings last night. i’m not liking apt. 23 as much this season unfortunately. but still watching for occasional laugh-out-loud moments. mindy’s quality is improving!

I think I may be the only person who isn’t mad about Parenthood ending early. I ridiculously love the show, but aren’t ratings normally down a lot come the later months of the season? I think if it ends earlier with these kind of numbers, there’s a much better chance to get renewed than ending in May with season/series lows each week.

Anyways, I’m happy to see Parenthood doing well by NBC’s standards because it’s fantastic. I love all of the comedies except Ben & Kate and Go On so I’m obviously not elated with anyones ratings. Sucks that Apartment 23 is doing so bad especially, and I really wish they would move both it and Happy Endings to Wednesdays at 10/10:30. Yes, they probably wouldn’t do great, but they would likely do at least somewhat better.

Nice to see Hart of Dixie stable as well. I have way too much on Tuesdays…

So, what’s up with you and the hate towards Dixie?

Let me take a shot at that one. HOD is a bad remake of the “Green Acres” theme. Big City gal gets stuck in Hooterville and conveniently rediscovers the lost love of her life. After numerous trials and tribulations, she inevitably unites with the love of her life and lives happily ever after.

This show, so to speak, is a continuous spoilerfest. Everyone knows the predictable outcome, but is expected to sit through hours of poorly executed dialou and ridiculous plot lines to see it culminate. In other words, HOD is exactly the kind of low budget drivel that infuriates Secret Circle fans and is rightfully ignored by the viewing public. Got that?

You should try the Serenity Prayer. It’s not just for alcoholics.

YEEEEEEEEEEEEES For Parenthood!!! 3 weeks of haitus and it is still solid at 1.9! I can see it rise next week to a 2.0!
This show is a rock. There will be a season 5, now i’m quite sure! I’m happy that fans keep appreciating the wonderful episodes of this season!

  • Michael

    The Mindy Project (9:31-10PM) 1.6/4 3.17

Fox can’t be pleased with these numbers…

  • Doug

These are just awful, awful ratings all around, but especially for ABC. What a disaster. I love both Happy Endings and Apt 23, but they’re clearly not working in that timeslot. Sad truth is that I don’t believe that ABC has any room for them – too off brand. While I’m not that attached to Apt 23, I certainly hope that ABC sells HE to TBS like they did with Cougar Town so it can at least reach syndication.

ABC needs to tear the night apart and start over. It’s time for DWTS to go.

I dont believe my eyes!!! Greys had better ratings than NCIS!!! lool

Grey’s Anatomy has beat NCIS for years, and even this season Grey’s Anatomy has been the #1 network drama 4/5 times.

I’m so disappointed with Private Practice. Does anyone remember the days where it would consistently register in the 4?s after Grey’s Anatomy? Sigh. Honestly, Private Practice was already dying in its post-Grey’s Anatomy slot, but when Scandal replaced the former, that just pulled the trigger. Private Practice and Grey’s Anatomy were a perfect match to air side by side, and ABC ruined that. Scandal hasn’t even gotten close to the numbers Private Practice used to pull in that slot.

On the positive side, Private Practice had good retention last night, lol. Last night’s episode was a failure though – the concept was good, but it should have been focused on Addison, not Sam. Addison and Charlotte are the only characters I stick around for, and they were barely in it. Dancing With the Stars is such a flop – hard to believe considering how successful it once was. ABC has some serious problems – the only successful nights are Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday.

  • CrimTV

Not surprised that Go On and Mindy were adjusted down considering they both had overruns from The Voice and New Girl.

  • Kaio

TSC is gone. Get over it. Move on

  • danny94

great for parenthood. Not bad for the new normal either if it keeps a 1.6-1.9 all season then nbc will for sure renew it.

  • jamie

Has SPM been blocked or has he just changed his name?

  • Doug

To add – when you have multiple shows on a night doing no better than competing cable shows, the back of network television is near broken. I’m anxious to see what happens in the next two seasons because the model is just completely broken.

    TSC has gone *

FOX needs to blow up their lineup and go back to multi-cams next season.
