@CrimTV…..how do you know you want a series to succeed that has never aired an episode. It might end up being a dumb show.

  • joel

Weird Ashley was in Craig Ferguson’s audience a couple of nights ago.

  • Jon

@brave….I don’t think survivor is in the way of anything. It’s a totally different audience watching that, and I really doubt even if it wasn’t there, that there would be much of a difference in Whitney’s or Guys with Kids numbers. I would like Guys to succeed because it seems to be good light hearted fun, a show for the kids to watch, because there are so few sitcoms that fit that mold.

congrats to the cw for doing so well with SPN and arrow!
    last nights SPN was amazing!

  • brave

@Jon: You might be right but there’s something that’s preventing these shows from doing better because I know their capable of it. I want Guys to succeed for the same reason its different from the other comedies and there should be a place on TV for a show that draws from any demographic like this.

  • Networkman

CSI is on fire!! I really love the chemistry of the new cast. I don’t even miss Marge. And the stories have been really strong.

Last night’s episode of The Neighbors was hilarious. I actually enjoyed it more than The Middle. I don’t understand why more people are not giving it a try. It is great comedy for families.

  • Max

So happy for The Middle. Wish that Whit got off to a slightly better start.

  • SarahL

    @Networkman

I completely agree with you about The Neighbors. Last night’s episode was hysterical. I am sorry that more people don’t watch. It is obviously not a lot of people’s cup of tea.

  • Jonathan

@eridapo X Factor is skewing very young if those number are correct!

  • Jonathan

@SarahL The Neighbors is hilarious but I feel it will never be a huge hit. It will always be a cult following type show like Arrested Development.

  • Bri

    “Criminal Minds 3.0 3.9 1.9″

So CM was the best show for CBS in every demo, nice!

  • Ram510

I know Suburgatory is currently performing at a level that would just about guarantee a renewal, but it must suck to get beat by an 8 o’clock show when you have the cushy post Modern Family spot

  • Chris

I can’t help but to think of shows like Dinosaurs when I think of The Neighbors. Instead of people tossing The Neighbors to Tuesday night, how about they suggest a TGIF block with LMS, The Neighbors, Malibu Country then Family Tools. Then try How To Live With Your Parents on Wednesdays at 9:30.

  • Ram510

And I’m te I ly one who thinks its sad that ABC won’t be airing new episodes of their comedies on Thanksgiving Eve? It’s kind of tradition at my house

Now I’ll be stuck watching tired old repetitive Criminal Minds next week

  • forg

Yay The Middle! It matched Survivor!

  • Ted Craig

One issue with Neighbors – I get the feeling its fairly cheap for ABC, so they might be able to live with the low numbers. It’s an in-house production with few sets and a low-cost cast.

  • Josh

Nashville is such a great show and last nights episode was very well done. I know they ordered a full season. I hope it can bounce back up in the ratings and get a 2nd season.

  • Michael

NBC should have left Whitney and community o friday and i bet they would have averaged a 1.5

  • joel

    re/The Neighbors,
The crop circles and “I’m more of a prober” gag had me rolling on the floor.
