   @ Ratboy have the smoke hollow with the dual burners. It was on sell 5 -6 months ago.

   It has not made it into many stores yet mostly justr online! I got mine for less than $400. But I really really like it!

   The democrats love their loop-holes in the tax code. These loop-holes must be saving their friends lots of money. Republicans put together a plan showing how cutting deductions (only on people making 500,000 a year) would bring in more money than the tax increase on people making $250,000 a year that the democrats want. But Nancy Pelosi still says “NO” It’s a tax increase on everyone making $250,000 or no deal.

   “Depending on your immigration status, length of time in the United States, and income, you may be eligible for some federal benefit programs,” the Web page reads.

   “Government assistance programs can be critically important to the well-being of some immigrants and their families. Frequently, however, there is a lack of information about how to access such benefits. Benefit programs can be complicated and you may be given misleading information about how they operate.”

   The DHS page offers links to government websites that explain how to access benefits including food stamps, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), Medicaid, Medicare, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and the “official website with information on all available federal benefit programs,” with a nonworking link to Benefits.gov.

   @ Ratboy. …..The wife seen it in a advertisement but had they had none on stock hade to be sent to the house for under 400. Like it for the size figured being able to smoke things for a longer time, But even only using one burner on low still cooks fast. Just 1 thing at a time so far brisket, ribs, and chicken. She wants me to do a turkey,can you predict how long?

   Don’t give in to Pelosi and her millions….Let our government go off the financial cliff! It will be better than us looking like Greece and Spain in a couple of years!

   I probably could find some folks in old Palermo to emigrate to the US and get treatment for their pre-existing conditions. Massachusetts would be the ideal location for them since it’s the state with the most health care professionals in the country.

   I do turkeys all the time! a 12lb turkey is about 9 hours (45 min a lb). 4 hours uncovered on its breast then put it on its back in a pan and tent tin foil over it with the back open for the remaining 5 hours. take it out and cover it an let it rest for at least an hour. I inject it but I do not season the outside. But rub the cavity with olive oil. Also put 50% apple juice and 50% water in the water tray.

    Sure, why not? The Democratic party has even less incentive to make a deal than the GOP does: Either they negotiate a deal that has some tax hikes, or they do nothing and end up with massive tax hikes and huge defense cuts.

    Either we continue doing what the GOP pretends they’re against, and engage in deficit-driven stimulus, or we let all the stimulatory spending and tax cuts expire and end up with a much lower level of debt-to-GDP by 2020, at the cost of an economy recession, possibly a depression.

    I can hardly to wait to see which path the Congress chooses.

    Nope, the first 4 hours give the color and seal the skin. breast down to colect the juices and injection in the breast then turn it over and the juices migrate back.

    Injection – balsamic vinigar, olive oil, cranberry, apple, or grape juice, a little tabasco, honey, and a little worchestershire. Heat it but dont boil and inject hot.

    @ Ratboy ……My first job at 14 was at a grocery store built in the early 20th century. It had a walk in smoker made of brick 7ft high 4ft wide 4ft long. Smoke 18 turkeys or 18 briskets atone time 18 hours long. Did that for 6 years after working there bought a small electric smoker but just wasn’t the same, so I got into deep fat frying turkeys.

    “I can hardly to wait to see which path the Congress chooses.” Right, like the 14 mo. health care debacle, where they chased their tails, pretended they were doing something, then followed the orders from their CEO’s in the Health Care Complex. I know the big three will take a hit. After all, the rich must continue to be, well, rich.
