The Cancellation Bear is beginning his Thanksgiving feast a week early. Just a few hours after the cancellation of Partners, two more shows have been axed. Per The Hollywood Reporter, ABC has canceled its freshman dramas Last Resort and 666 Park Avenue. Each show will air all 13 episodes that were shot, but will not continue beyond episode 13, despite the additional scripts that were ordered. There is already some speculation that Nashville could take over 666 Park Avenue's time period. We will post more details as they become available.

Lets hope they can give them proper finials and not end on a cliffhanger
Death by nuclear holocaust to commence immediately.
You were warned.
Will “Emily Owens MD” and “The Mob Doctor” be next? I guess time will tell.
Good riddance 666 Park Avenue!

As Soop Gnat C would say: “The bear has a good meal.”
@Scott if people aren’t watching a show, what is the point of keeping it around? People are t watching for a reason, and when less people watch every week it’s a pretty sure sign that it’s not successful. That the majority don’t want to watch. What you’re asking is for networks to go broke for *seasons* at a time hoping a show will uptick. Please show me any show that rated low and in the second season rated better.
I can show you a number that didn’t rate better in season 2.
I really hate the bear today. Isn’t it time to hibernate? Fan Excuse Bingo or whatever, I still believe ABC handicapped Last Resort with that time slot. TBBT is a mammoth.
Nashville moving to sundays 10 would be a very smart move
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!!!!!
Last Resort is so good.
I think I have a curse. My favorite new show always fails, but my second-favorite is a hit. This season it was Last Resort and The New Normal (it hasn’t been renewed yet but it will). Last season it was Terra Nova and Once Upon a Time. Aaagh!
AHS renewed
666 Park Ave not
So it is written, so it is done
Nuts…I was just getting back into 666PA. Well, I’m not surprised though. And Vanessa Williams was just on Ellen’s show today, talking about the show. Oh well. I’ll finish watching it air anyway.
when will abc realize not to put any new show in that timeslot sor last resort… 666 park avelue has no excuse for failing….. hopefully they wrap things up and call it a mini series or a ceble network picks it up where it should have been all along TNT im talking to you…
what do you guys think
No real surprise, though I wonder which shows will take which slots: Zero Hour for PP, Red Widow for LR, and Mistresses for 666?
Cbs and Abc are very generous with The Bear this fall. And Cbs still has Vegas to feed the Bear.Feed him to Nbc&Fox
@ Dochas
You’re learning fast, I must say
What do they have in their pockets to replace them with? Personally, I wouldn’t mind OUAT moving to Thursday’s at 8pm.
If 666 is fairly cheap I wonder if the CW would pick it up? I feel like the show would do moderately okay on there, especially now that it has a fanbase.
I mean I highly doubt the CW would, but they could right?
Long overdue, now do I continue to watch them both? or just call it quits now and save myself the inevitable cliff hangers.
THE OLD MAN, 666 Park Avenue was actually more interesting than AHS this season. I think what drew people away was the fact that, it dragged in the pacing.
Lol.
