The Big Bang Theory was adjusted up two tenths, Vampire Diaries, Grey's Anatomy and The Office were each adjusted up one tenth and Last Resort and Scandal were each adjusted down one tenth among adults 18-49 versus the preliminary Thursday broadcast ratings.

And TBBT is just a tv behemoth. Those ratings are stupid good by today’s standards.
Not only thrilled that TVD adjusted up and is number 1 on the network again this week, but to beat ABC and NBC? Wow. TVD’s demo isn’t even that high compared to what it often gets, which just highlights how bad 30 Rock and Last Resort are doing. I follow a few actors from Last Resort on Twitter, and they were tweeting and re-tweeting none stop yesterday about how they had a chance of a full season if people would just tune in for yesterday’s ep…that didn’t go so well. The way they were talking, it sounded like the ratings for this particular ep were crucial. No idea if it means anything, (probably doesn’t), they were just really badly pushing yesterday’s ep in particular, saying how important it was people watched it, as if it was a make or break kind of thing for a full season pick up.
