Nikita did better. lol
So much for the “America’s Next Top Model” special doing better than “Nikita”… Lol…
Arrow repeat will definitely do better than Chiquitita.
I fully acknowledge that Nikita’s ratings are bad, but as a fan, I do get a little satisfaction in the thing they preempted it for doing worse than a new ep of Nikita probably would have done.
who cares? Nikitas ratings still suck.
ABC comedies need to stabilize here.
Nikita is awesome!
Nikita at 8, Arrow repeats at 9. That is their best bet for the night. 9pm has too much competition.
Incredible how even a Behind the Scenes show can get the same ratings as a new episode of Nikita (Nov 26).
At least Malibu Country adjusted up. If it can hold the 1.4 rating it should be safe considering it’s on a Friday though it really can’t fall any further…
I don’t mean to gloat over ANTM dropping, because that would make me as pathetic as all the people who hate on shows with low ratings, but… maybe this should tell us something about the Friday 9pm slot. ANTM had *itself* as a lead-in, which means maximum compatibility, and it shouldn’t have even suffered from Fringe/Grimm as much as Nikita did because it’s nothing like these shows. A reality show about models shouldn’t lose viewers to sci-fi/fantasy shows, whereas Nikita is another “genre” show that probably shares much of Grimm and Fringe’s audience.
Should be interesting to see if Arrow’s buzz can help it do better in that slot. Sure, it’s repeats but even an Arrow repeat got a 0.6 lately (then again, that was election night and there was zero competition as all other networks were covering the election – if you weren’t interested in that, CW was your only option).
SPN did fine in that timeslot so Nikita fans need to find another excuse.
SPN was moved to the Friday 9pm slot after five years, when it already had a large and loyal audience. Nikita was moved after one year. I’m sure SPN would have kicked ass if it was moved to Friday in its SECOND season, especially considering it was on the bubble in Season 2 as it was. *eyeroll*
Alas, now the wrath of SPN fans who will allow NO ONE to suggest their show may not be the best thing since sliced bread will come down on me. Sigh.
What? SPN did way worse at 9pm last year vs this year.
@Alexis
But it’s not like this was a regular episode of ANTM. It was a special, which is the same as a recap episode would be for any other reality show. So it’s obvious it would do this badly. Nobody wants or needs to see this episode. The CW only used as a filler so that Nikita wouldn’t get hurt any more than it has been ever since it premiered.
Good to see Malibu Country up a bit. I agree the Nikita and Arrow repeat will do better. Both times Arrow has been repeated it has gotten a .6.
good to see malibu up a bit. I personally think it has a good chance of stabilizing around the 1.5 range, which will get it renewed
Looks like the Old Spice guy has a role on Nikita in an upcoming episode, and he’s spending time with Amanda, via TVLine
Seven hundered thousand viwers watched a behind-the scenes show.
That’s a lot.
abc comedies will continue to fall…probably stabilize around 1.0-1.2…malibu country will be gone by the end of the season…lms might be also…
@Justin121
It would be if they were actual people.
