CBS to Win November Sweep in Viewers for 11th Consecutive Year

·         CBS will win the November sweep in viewers for the 11th consecutive year, currently averaging 10.21 million viewers with two nights remaining.


·         In the key lead-in time period to late local news (Monday-Friday, 10-11PM), CBS is first in viewers (9.79m) and adults 25-54 (2.7/07).  Adults 25-54 is the primary demographic affiliates use to sell local news.


CBS November program highlights:


·         “The Big Bang Theory” delivered an all-time high audience of 17.63 million viewers and the highest rated scripted broadcast of the season among adults 18-49 (5.7).  With live plus 3 day DVR playback, “The Big Bang Theory” gained an additional +3.15m to  20.78 million viewers.


·         “Person of Interest” and “Two and a Half Men” hit season high ratings in adults 18-49.


·         “2 Broke Girls” was Monday’s number one scripted program in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54.


·         “CSI” won its Wednesday 10 PM time period in viewers and key demos opposite freshman dramas “Nashville” and “Chicago Fire.”


·         “Elementary” and “Vegas” were the top two new series.


·         “NCIS,” “NCIS: Los Angeles,” “Person of Interest,” “Blue Bloods,” “Criminal Minds” and “Elementary” were the top six dramas in November


·         “The Big Bang Theory” and “Two and a Half Men” were the top two comedies
