@Justin
The Mob Doctor isn’t doing that bad, considering all FOX shows get 1.1-2.1.
They’re becoming like CW with how close their failures to their hits are.
Nonsense. If you need to exaggerate, you probably don’t have a good argument to start with.
@Peter
I honestly think viewership should be just as important as demo numbers.
Do you typically lie when you comment here?
Wow the earliest HIMYM has ever hit 2 sub-3 ratings in a season was April. What’s with these record lows? It can’t all be because 2.5 Men moved to Thursday, right?
Though despite Big Bang bucking the trend by going up, CBS Monday sitcoms still comprise about half of the T6 comedies right now.
@Ultima,
I don’t think it’s actually a lie if he believes it…uninformed maybe, but not a lie.
@Grey
We know, WE KNOW, certain shows are being watched by that precious demo more than Nielsen says but because not everyone – every single household – is being counted.
But you have no idea which shows are being watched more nor which shows are being watched LESS.
@Holly
I was mocking his use of the word “honestly.”
I think it’s stupid when people say “I honestly think…” or “Let’s be honest,…”
I’ll leave beating the viewership/demo dead horse to others!
@Ultima,
Aah, sorry, missed that… probably time to go to bed.
I would say HIMYM is struggling due to The Voice, but 2 Broke Girls is up against the strongest hour of The Voice and is still able to garner 3.4 and 2 million more viewers than HIMYM. So I would say it is simply age that is causing lower numbers for HIMYM. It is in its 8th season. It is doing ok but CBS can do better. I think It is time to put HIMYM to rest at the end of the season.
I could see Miley Cyrus’ character on 2½ showing up barefoot & pregnant in the near future. CBS could milk it for 1 or 2 years more and finally put HIMYM out of its misery.
Hey Robert, or Bill. There’s lots of abusive language on the Sunday cable ratings thread. Specifically from one user, best to start from page 1.
All these bickering about which show is better every week is annoying. Let me clear that up for you.
Castle > Revolution > The Mob Doc > HIMYM > 2BG > H50 > everything else on Mondays.
Also – The Voice > X-Factor
As always, anybody who disagrees with me is wrong, obviously.
Yay happy for Gossip Girl
@bigBrother won’t even ask about your man crush on Nathan just because you love him doesn’t mean we can’t feel the same about Alex. Oh you need to check out a little movie called The Oyster Farmer. I have lot’s of things I could say about Nathan but won’t out of respect for him and his fans. I don’t run down someone in order to make someone else looks good
That episode of Revolution was pointless psychobabble while the most annoying members (the most annoying being Google Guy) of the cast hallucinated from bad air in a flooded tunnel. The most pointless aspect was Led Zeppelin tune from eons ago. Then again maybe Led Zeppelin fans kept it from falling to 2.4 or 2.5? LOL
One thing they dont address is why all the nuke plants didnt melt down and spew raidation all of Philadelphia (not a good place to locate a capital city) – which has 6 nuclear power plants in the area.
The only remotely cool part of Revolution this week is when Juliet from LOST plunged a screwdriver in the old scientists chest who blew the whistle on her. They should have had Ben Linus do a guest spot as the scientist – Emeerson is doing well on Person of Interest but Im sure he could have done a 3 minute scene for JJ. That would have been hilarious.
What is FOX waiting for? Cancel Mob Doctor, it’s bringing down your weekly average and viewers are being trained to watch and get hooked on other programming on Monday nites!
FOX is leaving Mob Doctor on just to annoy people. LOL! Im sure it will be gone after the holidays.
I think the fact that all three shows at 10 pm are pulling the numbers they are is incredible. All three shows have their loyal audiences and everyone likes something different. I am a huge H50 fan but have no problem with the other two shows. I have only watched revolution once but it did not hold my attention and castle I watch during the week sometimes on tnt. I think it is okay but not a must see. The fighting is odd since all shows are doing very well. With these #’s all three are guaranteed to be renewed. All of us should be happy about that.
I do wish alex o loughlin would get the credit he deserves. He is such a great actor and the emotions he is able to relay with just his eyes is rare.
Anyone who has not watched an episode in season 3 of H50 should give it a shot, it has really hit its stride. There is something for everyone. Season 2 was a bit bumpy but this makes up for it.
@ Other Than That Mrs. Lincoln How Was The Play?
I said the SAME thing – well – not in so many words – but… yea, RIGHT?!

My guess is that viewers of tired of waiting to find out how the mother was met? I’m surprised they milked it this long.
