Last night’s Monday Night Football game (Bears/49ers) was simulcast on the CBS affiliate in San Francisco. As a result, the CBS numbers may be inflated  and subject to more than typical adjustments in the finals.

NBC was number one with adults 18-49, while ABC won with total viewers.

On NBC, The Voice earned a 3.7, down sharply from last week's 4.4 adults 18-49 rating. Revolution was even with last week's 2.6 among adults 18-49. Your predictions were too optimistic.

On CBS, How I Met Your Mother was even with last week's 3.0 among adults 18-49. 2 Broke Girls scored a 3.4, up two tenths from last week's 3.2 among adults 18-49. Mike & Molly earned a 2.9, down a tenth from last week's 3.0 adults 18-49 rating. Hawaii Five-O notched a 2.2, up a tenth from last week's 2.1 adults 18-49 rating.

On ABC, Dancing with the Stars scored a 2.3, up two tenths from last week's 2.1. Castle earned a 2.0, up a tenth from last week's 1.9 adults 18-49 rating.

On FOX, Bones scored a 2.0, up a tenth from last week's 1.9 among adults 18-49. The Mob Doctor garnered a 0.9, also up a tenth from last week's 0.8 adults 18-49 rating.

Definitions:

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live football game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

@Justin21: CBS is inflated, not ABC

  • Jesse

Just wondering, how old are the people going on about “flop-factor”? shouldnt you guys be in class and not in here with the adults.

  • RG-X

The Led Zepplin was over-publisized on Revolution – it wasn’t all that

  • CrimTV

    @Damo

Apparently according to many polls it was very well received and hopefully everyone if not more will watch live next week.

  • Overdamoon

    ITA bluejays
CBS has ruined Monday nights with a bad sitcom and now, a repeat.

  • Samuel

@bluejay72 the drop may not be new to The Voice, but X Factor is actually rising during the live shows. The Voice still beats it as of right now, but if this trend continues, Britney and Demi may beat Xtina in ratings just like they do inn album sales.

    @shakeme

What did FLOP Factor USA produce?
How is the ratings going on with FLOP Factor USA?

FLOP Factor UK has taken a beating of its own even asking Simon to come back and save the show (as if he could when he can’t even save its American version)!

FLOP Factor fans are always boasting their UK counterpart’s “achievements” because they can’t say any for its American counterpart which is DROPPING embarrassingly in the ratings! They hired Britney to boost ratings but SHAME on her, she herself is a major FAILURE! Can’t bring in viewers and no brain and credibility to judge VOCAL talent!

    FLOP Factor!!!
    FLOP Factor!!!
    FLOP Factor!!!

    :) :) :)

  • Overdamoon

MNF ended before 9pm in San Francisco so 2BG and onward aren’t inflated.

  • shakeme

@maximillian : thanks for that reminder. rachel crow has already signed her deal with either disney or nick at night for her own tv show

  • r0ckmypants

@Samuel – X Factor’s rising ratings are still well below The Voice’s falling ratings.

  • s0303

@samuel…i don’t watch either the x factor or the voice, but there’s no way the xfactor can be considered to have beat the voice…even if the x factor manages to beat the voice the last episode or two (which i doubt), the voice has been pulverizing it the first 2 months…the voice is the clear winner this season…

  • Tony ^_^

@blluehjay72: Dude… Calm down. It’s just a show. So what if some people like “The X-Factor” and not “The Voice”? Everyone has their own opinions.

  • Tony ^_^

    Woah. I should re-read what I type. I meant- @bluejay72…

  • Baaa!

The picture is a nice reminder way I do not watch shows like The Voice. Oh yeah its saying a thousand words and none of them good.

  • John

@Tessa: I loved the character moments. Charlie was adorable with Miles. I’m generally a sucker for hallucinations and dream sequences, especially those that don’t cheat. It was the best one of the year, beaten only by Awake.

  • dazza

glad to see five-0 went up

  • DParham

I love how people get on here and pretend they are qualified to judge shows. If you don’t like a show just don’t watch it. You have a right to judge The Voice, X Factor or any other show if you are a fan of that show and disagree with whats happening on that show. These so called adults that give nickname such as Flopfactor act like a 10 year old. Grow up people!

  • John

@The Old Woman; I loved Last Resort. But sorry, its nowhere near as awesome as you’d like to believe. The characters are cartoonish and the plot holes are huge. It started at a 10/10 and by the last episode, its at a 2/10 for me.

  • Robo

This season low for the Voice would still be a season high for the pathetic X-factor.

  • shakeme

@ samuel: numbers for american idol tend to go UP during the live shows as well. the Voice is simply more focused on the judges and when viewers don’t get the chance to see them bicker (during spinning chairs/steal portion), then they tune out.
