Univision is the #1 Network Pick on Friday Night among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34
Univision Broadcast Prime Highlights - Week of November 12, 2012 to November 18, 2012
- Univision was the #5 network during primetime last week among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49, and Adults 18-34.
- Univision out-delivered one or more of the English-language broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, NBC or FOX) on six out of seven nights last week among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.
- Univision kicked off the week on Monday as the #2 network among Adults 18-34 and #4 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering FOX in both demographics. Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 10 programs for Adults 18-34; top 15 for Adults 18-49.
- On Tuesday night, Univision ranked as the #3 network among Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49, out-delivering ABC in both demographics. Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 10 programs for Adults 18-34; top 15 for Adults 18-49.
- Univision ranked as the #3 network among Adults 18-34 and #4 among Adults 18-49 on Wednesday night, out-delivering NBC in both demographics. Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 10 programs for Adults 18-34; top 15 for Adults 18-49.
- On Thursday night, Univision ranked #2 among Adults 18-34 and #4 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering NBC in both demographics. Airing 8-11P, Univision’s telecast of the 13th Annual Latin GRAMMY Awards attracted nearly 5.0 million Total Viewers 2+, 2.6 million Adults 18-49, and 1.4 million Adults 18-34. It ranked among the top 5 programs for Adults 18-34; top 10 for Adults 18-49.
- On Friday night Univision rose to the #1 network rank among Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49. Overall, Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 5 programs for Adults 18-34, with “Amores Verdaderos” (True Love) and “Por Ella Soy Eva” (For Her, I’m Eva) ranked #1 and #2, respectively. Univision’s entire primetime lineup also ranked among the top 10 programs for Adults 18-34.
- Airing “Sabado Gigante” (Giant Saturday), Univision finished the night as the #2 network among Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49, out-performing NBC, CBS, and FOX in both demographics. “Sabado Gigante” attracted 2.4 Million Total Viewers 2+ and increased its viewership versus the prior week among Adults 18-49 (1.1 Million, +2%) and Adults 18-34 (520,000, +19%). Also, “Sabado Gigante” ranked among the top 5 programs for Adults 18-34 (#2) and Adults 18-49 (#3).
- On Sunday night Univision ranked as the #5 network among Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49. At 8 p.m., the grand finale “¡Mira Quién Baila!” (Look Who’s Dancing) attracted 3.9 Million Total Viewers 2+, 1.9 Million Adults 18-49, and 786,000 Adults 18-34. “¡Mira Quién Baila!” also ranked among the top 10 programs with Adults 18-34; top 15 for Adults 18-34.
- At 8 p.m., Univision’s novela “Por Ella Soy Eva” (For Her, I’m Eva) helped Univision rank as the #3 network among Adults 18-34 and #4 among Adults 18-49 for the hour (M-F). “Por Ella Soy Eva” delivered its highest viewership to date and increased versus the prior week among Total Viewers 2+ (4.3 Million, +5%), Adults 18-49 (2.3 Million, +6%), and Adults 18-34 (1.1 Million, +7%).
- Univision’s 9 p.m. novela “Amores Verdaderos” (True Love) helped Univision rank as the #2 network among Adults 18-34 and #4 among Adults 18-49 for the hour (M-F). In its second week, “Amores Verdaderos” (True Love) increased viewership among Total Viewers 2+ (4.6 Million, +9%), Adults 18-49 (2.4 Million, +8%), and Adults 18-34 (1.2 Million, +4%).
· Univision’s 10 p.m. novela “Amor Bravio” (Fierce Love) helped Univision rank as the #1 network for the hour (M-F) among Adults 18-34 and #4 among Adults 18-49. “Amor Bravio” delivered its highest viewership to date among Adults 18-34 and increased versus the prior week among Total Viewers 2+ (3.8 Million, +12%), Adults 18-49 (1.9 Million, +13%), and Adults 18-34 (968,000, +13%).
