Today's a slow day on TV by the Numbers, and with the kids home for Thanksgiving break, the family television has been tuned to the Science Channel's Fringe Marathon because, you know, why not? However, something interesting has been appearing throughout today's marathon...promos for Terra Nova and Dollhouse repeats! Science Channel already airs repeats of canceled series Fringe and Firefly, so it would make sense, but we'll leave this in rumor territory until we hear something official. Here's a screenshot of a Dollhouse clip airing in the promo, for your viewing pleasure.And yes, it was taken on a cell phone camera, so it looks a little off.

Cool! Dollhouse is pretty much a “full Season” worth of episodes (23 or 24 IIRC).
they don’t have to shell out a ton of dough , so why not. probably on the weekends , holidays , marathons , that kind of thing.
Brad,
26 episodes of DOLLHOUSE were produced. FOX left one unaired from the first season and debuted it on DVD/BD.
Cool, maybe this will spark a Family Guy-esque renewal to make new episodes! One can only hope so.
Yay! This is just the next step towards bringing back Dollhouse as a regular series! I knew it would happen! I have been targeting the Science Channel as Dollhouse’s natural home for some time, so this is all thanks to ME!
Dollhouse forever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever and ever!

Oh my.
I’ve seen the ad on the Science Channel myself, during their airing of the Firefly: Browncoats Unite special.

Amanda, JBF is my personal favorite commenter on our site, however with the relative lack of Whedon-verse show news recently, he/she has been absent, and I feared, lost forever.
The return of JBF is something to be heralded!
The return of JBF is something to be heralded!
You know, I wasn’t sure if JBF was a True Believer or a sarcastic parody of one. You’ve got me worried its the former…
The Science Channel: Where High-Concept Fox Shows Go To Die(tm).
Great! Dollhouse is a great series, and the best part is that there are no questions left unanswered, so anyone who hasn’t watched it can do it with ease. Terra Nova is not so good for me, but I’ll just simply won’t tune it.
I’d argue about calling Fringe a cancelled show, because it’s on its final season and that’s really waaay different than any standard cancellation, however I do understand the concept, but I think that a more fitting term would be “ended” or in this case “in process of ending” show.
Both shows failed at becoming cult hits.
Amanda: Couldn’t JBF be both?
With the upcoming SHIELD TV show, expect JBF to return as a regular again.
The first season of Dollhouse was rather confused. In the second season, Joss fixed many, if not all, of the problems and the show became much better. Plus, since he knew it would be canceled, he tied it all off at the finale.
And of course – there’s Summer Glau!
Is Fringe a canceled series when it was announced this would be the last season before it premiered? Maybe we have different definitions of canceled.

everybody should have a dream
To be fair, the only Joss Whedon show worth reviving would be Firefly, that would of course require Castle to be canceled so Nathan Fillion can reprise his role, but needless to say that would make pretty much every science fiction fan on the planet happy.
@HotLatino4GayMarriage
Fringe would be classed as simply ‘ended’ by Fox, not canceled.
@The End,
Suits and Homeland would also have to be canceled to free up Gina Torres and Marina Baccarin…
*Morena, not Marina…
Please, for the love of God, get Terra Nova off television. Please.
