why do people feel the need to post ‘first’ in hopes of being the first comments? …that was ok and slighly funny perhaps in 2008. Now its just sad.
@Laura
Well unless Glee jumps a full 1.0 in ratings, Bones will defiantly be the highest rated scripted on Fox
NBC MUST change this CRAZY RVN big hiatus and bring show back in january at 8 or 9pm until the voice premiere. Come on its so dump what are they doing. They have best new show and for the first time from 10 years have a chance to create new hit show and doing this…..its crazy. In the end RVN will end like ‘heroes’ if not change this hiatus.
Imagine the rating of 2BG if it was a NEW episode of TBBT? Seriously CBS should pair those two together. They would be a powerhouse.
Yay 2 Broke Girls, thanks Big Bang Theory! Mike & Molly retention with 2BG is solid.
yay, yay for Bones. Come on season 9, make it happen.
Great for 2BG & Bones and why does FOX still have TMD around?
Season high for bones, so happy about it, its well deserved. The show does everything by itself and is paired with a dud like mob doctor. Hopefully the following pairing helps to counterbalance the inevitable spring drops.
Also, wow at 2 broke girls! CBS position is very weird right now in that a big bang repeat does better than anything else they could possibly put there!
Really happy to see 2 Broke Girls that high! That’s the rating it deserves
Also very glad Revolution didn’t adjust down, the finale brought the promise of a better show. I hope that the hiautus doesn’t kill it and it even bring better numbers (3s or higher)
@Chip
Totally! I see 2.5 men ending this or next season and 2 Broke Girls taking over its timeslot. The problem is that 2BG is the only anchor they have for Mondays, as Mike & Molly is not certainly the best option to launch a whole night. I think that, for now, CBS is keeping 2.5 men for another season in order to see if they can get another hit comedy. If they succed, they can leave the new hit on Monday and move 2BG with TBBT, the pair should score easily 5s. TBBT would do around 5.5, and 2BG 4.8-5.1s
2 Broke Girls almost matched The Voice!
@jt
Except Fox doesn’t have a repeat that will get better ratings than originals of Ben and Kate.
Good for Revolution. I think as long as The Voice stays strong in the Spring (and Usher and Shakira could keep the momentum going), Revolution shouldn’t be too hurt by the hiatus.
I love how us Americans are so spoiled by 22 episode seasons that we have to complain about a mere 10 episode run on a broadcast network.
While I am sincerely happy for “Bones”, I wish the rating wasn’t for the episode which aired. Because it was awful. But congrats!
I have never watched 2 Broke Girls, but it sounds like a show about 2 hookers with daddy issues.
good for Bones, Mike and Molly, H50, and well pretty much the entire CBS lineup.
Yes, 2BG did great last night but in my opinion I don’t think this is the show that will carry Monday nights as Two and a Half Men did at 9 PM for many years. A 4.1 was great considering the big dip in Monday night ratings so far, however I would still keep it on monday nights and not push it to Thursdays after BBT as many people have stated prior to me. Personally I would move 2 1/2 men back to Mondays once a new comedy is ready to air and place it behind BBT. At 8 HIMYM 8:30 Two and a Half Men and follow with the rest of the lineup as is maybe this will help Monday nights a bit for cbs. Although, I am surprised Two and a Half Men still has a big audience since I always hear how the show is nowhere near as funny as it was the first 8 seasons with Charlie Sheen.
Yay 2 BG! Darn 90210 adjusted down
Without The Voice lead in, Revolution would become Terra Nova in less than three weeks.
Sad the 9-Oh’s numbers got below a million, but at least it’s not a series low nor did the demo change from the preliminaries.
Still low viewership numbers though.
ABC just needs to quit with the EM:HE clearly people do not want to watch it. How goes a lead out lose 3 rating points?!?????
