NCIS and Raising Hope were each adjusted up a tenth among adults 18-49 versus the preliminary Tuesday broadcast ratings.

Where are Monday’s final ratings hiding?
DWTS is not the monsterit once was, but almost 17m viewers- as little as that may mean- is still impresive. It will have its spring cycle, but if it’s going to continue, ABC may want to makie it a one-cycle run per season.

It figures that the shows without DWTS competition saw an increase. The shift of DWTS to a later hour definitely benefited NCIS.
Now… Where are those Monday Finals? If I was a conspiracy theorist, I would bet that Nielsen itself can not believe the rise for all the shows across the board (especially those Fox numbers). Come on Bones goes up nearly a million viewers on an Episode the fandom itself calls the worst in the series (excepting the Hannah episodes), and the Mob Doctor out of nowhere discovers 33% more viewers.
People were saying the poor match up in the MNF game was due to the rise, but the ratings for the MNF game were not at as dire as everyone said they were. It still scored a 4+ in demo and 10+ million viewers.

Lol, this is the first time I’ve ever seen Raising Hope adjust up! Glad to see it match a season high. It’s interesting that is performing better then The Mindy Project without The New Girl lead-in, which likely means bad things for The Mindy Project.

New Girl is not longer a hit, I don’t see it lasting more than 4 seasons, unless it gets a new and strong lead in like american idol or something new that turns out a hit on Fox, which is very unlikely.

Mob Doctor beat its ratings with DWR. Last time Mob Doctor with DWR was 1.1. So new people start watching it at least 0.1 in demo if no one watcg it in DWR.

It is 2012, and finally someone notices that consumer behavior is changing. It normally takes a couple years before consumers learn to use and to adapt to technology, and it seems that adaptation, per some network exec, has finally taken place. Will this admission lead to different behaviors from advertisers and Net. execs?
The Monday and Tuesday Nationals ended up being released at the exact same time today.Both posts are now up. Thus ends Nielsen’s lengthy Thanksgiving hangover — though I can’t guarantee that the late night and daytime ratings will be released on time this week.

I don’t think so… People do not change radically after establishing a routine. The 8PM Monday slot was no different than it was the whole of November, but somehow the ratings took a magical jump. To explain such a change, you ask what factors change that were not present in previous observations. People pointed to the MNF game as a possible explanation, but the Game started at 8:30PM like it has done since the season started so how could it affect the first half hour of the 8PM slot. Something else had to have happen.
I could see how the absence of DWTS at 9PM would have benefited other shows in the slot, but those 8PM numbers are very hard to explain.
