Investigation Discovery (ID) experienced its best 9PM hour ever on Tuesday (11/27) night with a premiere episode of Homicide Hunter: Lt. Joe Kenda, delivering more than 1 million viewers among P2+ (1.078 million). The episode, “A Beautiful Shade of Death,” is now one of ID’s top 10 Primetime telecasts of all time for P2+ and P25-54 (573K) delivery. The episode was also Homicide Hunter’s first premiere to rate above a 1.0 HH rating in prime (1.04 HH).
Homicide Hunter: Lt. Joe Kenda airs Tuesdays at 9PM, and features the 24-year veteran of Colorado's homicide investigation unit - who has one of the highest case closure rates in the country. Each episode of the series reveals chillingly vivid memories of murders that still haunt him today. Through personal interviews, and with the help of reenactments, Kenda recounts in detail the twists, turns, and emotional tribulations of trying to bring peace to each victim's family.

That is like my least favorite show on ID too.. oh well, i’m happy the channel is doing good..
Wonderful! This show is catching everyone’s interest. It’s done so well – with Joe telling the story & re-enacting how it took place. My daughter has started watching it, too. We all hope the show will continue. Joe has so many cases he could tell us about!
