CBS SUNDAY MORNING WAS UP +16% IN VIEWERS AND +15% IN BOTH HOUSEHOLDS AND ADULTS 25-54 COMPARED TO THE SAME DAY LAST YEAR
CBS SUNDAY MORNING WITH CHARLES OSGOOD was the #1 Sunday morning news program in households, viewers and adults 25-54, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for Nov. 25, 2012. CBS SUNDAY MORNING posted a 3.9/10 with 5.61m viewers, 1.5/07 in adults 25-54.
CBS SUNDAY MORNING posted its best viewer performance since Feb. 19, 2012 and best adults 25-54 rating since April 22, 2012. Compared to the same day last year, CBS SUNDAY MORNING was up +15% in both households (from 3.4/09) and adults 25-54 (from 1.3/03) and +16% in viewers (from 4.83m).
Season-to-date, CBS SUNDAY MORNING was up +6% in households (3.8/10 from 3.6/10), +3% in viewers (5.32m from 5.18m) and even in adults 25-54 (1.4/07) compared to last year.
Sunday’s broadcast featured Tracy Smith’s profile of Detroit-bred artist Kid Rock, Rita Braver’s visit with actor and humanitarian Richard Gere, Mo Rocca’s look at the history of pencils and Anna Werner’s segment on reinventing department stores.
