The Big Bang Theory and Grey's Anatomy were each adjusted up a tenth while The Vampire Diaries and Two and a Half Men were adjusted down a tenth and Beauty And The Beast was adjusted down two tenths among adults 18-49 versus the preliminary Thursday broadcast ratings.

TVD was excellent, if for no other reason than the incredible gowns all the babes were wearing. Phoebe Tonkin knocked my socks off!
The reveal about her kinda disappointed me, though; I was hoping she was one of the good guys. The focus on Candace Accola was great for me, too, she’s my favorite character.
PoI was OK, but not outstanding. The flashbacks on Finch’s girl friend didn’t interest me that much. I’m waiting for the “she” that they revealed a couple episodes ago. I’m not sure if that signaled the return of “Root” or Reese’s old CIA partner who’s running around.
BATB dropped another .1, I believe it will continue to drop down to .4-.5 and be canceled. They REALLY should have stuck with the conspiracy part of the premise. In my view, the show is doomed as a procedural.

SCANDAL!!!! I am so happy for the show! Well done ABC, it deserves. I love the show so much, it’s definitely a favorite of mine (I love revenge as well, so don’t even start, the comparisons are just motivated by max and his troll copies). Hopefully, now ABC realizes that promoting the show does pay off and will keep on doing it!
Beauty & the Beast has problems.
It’s still the 4th highest rated show on the CW, although that probably says more about the CW than it does about B&TB.

Lol… Whenever I watch “Revenge” I always see promos for “Scandal”. Probably more than any other show.
But regardless, who cares if “Scandal” rates higher than “Revenge”? As long as you enjoy your FAVORITE show and it does well, who cares how the other shows perform…

If they move Scandal to a different night in the spring or next season (I think the best place would be 10pm on Sunday after Revenge) I don’t think the demo ratings will change. Those that watch it are extremely loyal to the show. Just because its a “shonda rhimes show” doesn’t mean those that watch grey’s will watch scandal. I know several people that watch both but I also know people who watch one but not the other. Plus it’s numbers don’t seem to be affected by how grey’s does. I mean grey’s was DOWN last night but SCANDAL was UP. Now on to more important things……..WHO SHOT FITZ!!!!!!
TSC was the 3rd highest rated show on The CW last year and it still got cancelled. The fact that BATB can’t keep even half of the demo from its lead in is not a good sign for renewal.
BATB is still a goner in May. It will hit 0.5 when it returns, if not sooner.
that sucks…was hoping batb would (at max) fall 0.1…i think it could be renewed with 0.7, but 0.6′s pretty much guarantee it’s going to be cancelled

I’m just paraphrasing: Is it considered Fan Excuse Bingo for someone to say that the only reason [Show A on ABC] only gets renewed because it gets nominated for a lot of Emmys & Globen Globes? People on here keep saying that the CBS execs will probably renew their most prestigious drama because it gets a lot of awards. I thought that most CBS, ABC, & NBC dramas and sitcoms only get renewed because of syndication and ratings, not Emmys & Golden Globes.
If it’s not considered Fan Excuse Bingo to say that [Show A on ABC] gets renewed mainly because of its ratings, do you or any other poster have a link to prove that?
