Definitions:
DVR (Time-shifted) Adults 18-49 Ratings – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs.
Live+Same Day(Live+SD) ratings include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing.
Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.
DVR Ratings Increase Past Airdate - How many people watched the show on their DVRs within 7 days following the airdate
Until the 2009-2010 season, we used a show's LIVE program rating or viewership as the base upon which the LIVE+7 day DVR viewing was added. Now, the press seems to be standardizing around using LIVE+SAME DAY DVR viewing as the base for the calculations, so that's what we do now as well.

Where’s Bones?
bones has to be one of the most consistent shows around, and its recently been fox’s top live action show with glee and new girl dipping slightly
Bones didn’t make either 18-49 top 25 above. It added 0.8 (1.9 -> 2.7) which was a 42% increase.
Wow at SPN increasing 60% from already strong (by CW standards) 1.0.
Is this the first week BBT beats NCIS in viewers?
WOW! Look at Supernatural, up to a 1.6. Would love to know what Arrow and TVD go that week.
@Robert
Thanks so much.
so no beauty and beast? they aren’t make up their losses on dvr, timeslot not the problem, show is weak on cw
@Hadesa, TVD’s Live+7 number was no higher than 1.9, which can be seen with a calculation.
@Robert Seidman
Is there a website I can use to see the advertising cost of prime time Network and Cable television shows?
@Martel: not that I’m aware of for cable shows. Advertising Age runs once a year estimates (many of which need to be taken with huge boulders of salt) for the broadcast networks though:

Wow, 90210 goes up to .9 in the demo. Go 90210!
Is there any way we could see all show’s DVR numbers, not only the TOP 25?
@Raykov,
Nielsen doesn’t allow longer lists to be published since it is proprietary information.
I’m a little bummed that Bones only went up 0.8, especially since it was a really good episode, IMO.
Dang, Supernatural went up to a 1.6, wow!
Supernatural grows by 0.6 which is the equivalent of GG’s total rating. lol
Go Revolution!
Wow! Revolution is very very solid every week (I know, its till Nov 18th ratings) I’m glad it is, since the midseason finale was a truly solid hour of television with performances worthy of critical acclaim.
With the dvr numbers of New Girl, FOX can easily put in more product placement episodes and it’ll easily have one more season, at the very least.
Happy for Supernatural and POI as well.
The Nashville surge every week surprises me. Irrelevant I know, but still.
