Univision is the #1 Network Pick on Friday Night among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34

Univision +16% in Primetime among Adults 18-49 Versus Same Week Last Year

 

Univision Broadcast Prime Highlights – Week of November 26, 2012 to December 2, 2012

  • Univision was the #5 network during primetime last week among Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-34, and Adults 18-49 Total Viewers 2+ and Adults 18-49.

 

  • Univision out-delivered one or more of the English-language broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, NBC or FOX) on four out of seven nights last week among Adults 18-49.  Univision also out-delivered one or more of the English-language broadcast networks on six out of seven nights among Adults 18-34. 

 

  • On Monday, Univision ranked as the #3 network among Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49, out-delivering FOX and ABC in both demographics.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 15 programs for both demographics.

 

  • On Tuesday, Univision rose to #2 among Adults 18-34 and ranked #4 among Adults 18-49, out-delivering FOX for the second consecutive night.  Univision also out-delivered FOX among Total Viewers 2+ to finish the night as the #4 network.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 15 programs for Adults 18-49 and top 10 programs for Adults 18-34.

 

  • On Wednesday, Univision ranked as the #4 network among Adults 18-34 and #5 among Adults 18-49.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 15 programs for both demographics.

 

  • On Thursday, Univision ranked #3 among Adults 18-34 and #4 among Adults 18-49. Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 10 programs for Adults 18-34 and top 15 for Adults 18-49.

 

  • On Friday, Univision rose to the #1 network rank among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.  Univision also out-delivered NBC and FOX among Total Viewers 2+, ranking as the #3 network.  Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 3 programs for the night among Adults 18-34 with “Amores Verdaderos” (True Love) ranked #1.  Among Adults 18-49, Univision’s entire primetime lineup ranked among the top 10 programs.

 

  • Airing “Sabado Gigante” (Giant Saturday), Univision finished the night as the #4 network among Adults 18-34 and #5 among Adults 18-49. “Sabado Gigante” delivered 2.2 Million Total Viewers 2+, 983,000 Adults 18-49, and 400,000 Adults 18-34. “Sabado Gigante” also ranked among the top 10 programs with Total Viewers 2+, Adults 18-49, and Adults 18-34.

 

  • On Sunday, Univision ranked as the #5 network among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.

ü  At 7 p.m. Unvision aired the LMX final between Toluca/Tijuana, which attracted 2.9 Million Total Viewers 2+, 1.6 Million Adults 18-49, and 725,000 Adults 18-34, making it the highest rated game of the year.

ü  At 9:13 p.m., Univision honored comedic icon Roberto Gomez Bolanos with the two hour special “America Celebra a Chespirito” (America Celebrates Chespirito).  The special attracted 3.1 Million Total Viewers 2+, 1.6 Million Adults 18-49, and 663,000 Adults 18-34.

 

  • At 8 p.m., Univision’s novela “Por Ella Soy Eva” (For Her, I’m Eva) helped Univision rank as the #3 network for the hour (M-F) among Adults 18-34.  “Por Ella Soy Eva, “ with its best delivery since premiere (7/16), experienced week to week gains among Total Viewers 2+ (4.8 Million, +22%) , Adults 18-49 (2.6 Million +23%), and Adults 18-34 (1.3 Million, +25%).

 

  • Univision’s 9 p.m. novela “Amores Verdaderos” (True Love) helped Univision rank as the #1 network among Adults 18-34 and #4 among Adults 18-49 for the hour (M-F). “Amores Verdaderos,” with its best delivery since premiere (11/7), experienced week to week gains among Total Viewers 2+ (4.9 Million, +17%) , Adults 18-49 (2.6 Million +17%), and Adults 18-34 (1.3 Million, +18%).

 

 

·         Univision’s 10 p.m. novela “Amor Bravio” (Fierce Love) helped Univision rank as the #1 network for the hour (M-F) among Adults 18-34 and #4 among Adults 18-49. “Amor Bravio,” with its best delivery since premiere (8/13), experienced week to week gains among Total Viewers 2+ (3.9 Million, +11%) , Adults 18-49 (2.0 Million +11%), and Adults 18-34 (1.0 Million, +6%).
