Sharpton is ON FIRE!!!!!
The 6-9 am numbers are identical to yesterday’s for each show. Obviously an error.
Hannity and Granny Van Susteren continue to plummet in the ratings. If Fox didn’t have BOR, they’d be a clear 2nd in primetime.
Oh I long for a night when Rachel beats Cement-head in the total viewers category, not just the demo and 35-64. If that happens, then like that lady in Arizona, brain fluids will emanate from Cement-head’s nasal passages!
Rachel Maddow is still on fire!
Hannity and Greta have taken a hit since post election while Maddow and Lawrence have seen viewership increases in the key demo. Ed is the one keeping msnbc from winning the overall primetime key demo here.
@Tama
Ed also has the most uphill battle of the 3 because BillO has been the #1 cable news show for 14 years now. Hannity & Greta have just been riding his coattails for years.
Go Figure!
MSNBC’s Matthews Obsesses Over 25% of Republicans Favoring Secession; Omits that 29% of Young Voters, 27% of Hispanics Do Too
Chris Matthews is not one to let a pesky thing like facts get in the way of a favored liberal narrative. That’s why, for example, on the Oct. 22 edition of Hardball he insisted the 9/11 assault on the Benghazi compound was “all about” the YouTube video “Innocence of Muslims,” when by that time it was most clearly established that it was a premeditated terrorist strike.
Well, yesterday, Matthews’s obsession with painting a significant minority of Republicans as loony secessionists colored his cherry-picking of a Public Policy Polling survey. The Hardball host glommed onto a statistic in a December 4-released PPP poll that found some 25 percent of Republican respondents said they favored their state seceding in light of President Obama’s reelection. “What do you want to bet these are the same people who say that President Obama is a Muslim?” huffed Matthews in a tease for a segment entitled “If at First You Don’t Secede.” But a look at the cross tabs in the poll shows that 27 percent of Hispanics, 29 percent of voters aged 18-29, and even 12 percent of African-Americans favor secession. Those demographics, of course, are all ones which the president handily won. At no point in his segment on the poll, however, did any of these facts come up.

Maddow is doing great, that’s for sure. Hannity is still doing great as well, he’s certainly got competition now. I’m an FNC guy, but I gotta give credit where credit is due. Congrats MSNBCers. But we’re not gonna stop fighting anytime soon.
@Hillbilly
Is this link working?
Again “The O’Reilly’ Factor” made it as the only cable news channel program on the daily list.
Nice job, Ratboy. You’re a warrior for sure.
Mattfitz—Ed Show only wins on days when O’Reilly is a clip show. People don’t watch clip shows.
“Take 5″ was a big hit on conventional radio, not just the artsy stations about 50 years ago. So to celebrate the 50th anniversary of its release, National Public Radio ran a story on how it captured the imagination of the public despite being strictly instrumental in an age when just about all the hits were vocals (it was the era of The Beatles and Elvis Presley, plus some crooners like Johnny Mathis and Andy Williams). The title meant that each bar had 5 beats which made it sound a little “off” and the jazz orientation was a bit advanced for the pop music of its time. (Beethoven composed a “jazzy” variation in his 32nd piano sonata that MAY have had 5 beats way back in the 1820s; French composer Berlioz definitely DID write 5- and even 7- beats to the measure music later in the 1800s) Fast-forward to today when ALL rock, pop and C&W are vocals with limited vocabulary and predictable lyrics on top of that, plus limited note-spans (if it weren’t for auto-tune, some releases would have no intervals at all) so that a piece of detritus like “We’re Never,ever going to get together ever again and have I mentioned lately don’t even THINK of getting together ever again but I repeat myself” could be a hit.
The Kim Kardashian of cable news , BillO the clown was successful to hike his ratings by making a fool of himself saying “Christianity is not a religion, it’s a philosophy”
Too bad he can’t pass some his viewers to the fraud Hannity after the circus is done.
Agree Marvin—think there may be a problem with numbers. Seems strange that Early Start/Starting Point has the exact number from yesterday.

Sharpton on fire, we can only hope!!
Hannity must be going crazy knowing that Rachel Maddow is crushing him.
Poor Greta, she’s done!
Oh yeah, “Rachel is on FIRE!!!
I’m just glad to see that MSNBC is still doing so well.
Maddow has made Hannity her little BYOTCH, lol.
Morning Joe is like this close to beating Fox and Friends key demo.. everyime.. He is so close.. will it ever happen? Glad Hannity is getting crushed.. He will find himself on the umemployment line with Glenn Beck soon ahahhah…
