Our source for Live+7 DVR ratings includes only original, regular programs, excluding both repeats (which are unlikely to be heavily DVR viewed) and "specials".
During the ninth week of the 2012-2013 season (November 19-November 25), Revolution topped the rankings for the week's DVR viewing adults 18-49 ratings added between the Live+Same Day period (as reported in all our other ratings posts) and the Live + 7 Day measurement periods with a gain of 1.8 adults 18-49 ratings points.
New Girl topped the % adults 18-49 ratings increase from DVR viewing, adding 75% to its Live+Same Day adults 18-49 ratings.
Revolution led total Viewership gains, adding 4.419 million viewers via DVR between Live + Same Day and Live + 7 Day ratings.

Definitions:
DVR (Time-shifted) Adults 18-49 Ratings – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs.
Live+Same Day(Live+SD) ratings include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing.
Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.
DVR Ratings Increase Past Airdate - How many people watched the show on their DVRs within 7 days following the airdate
Until the 2009-2010 season, we used a show's LIVE program rating or viewership as the base upon which the LIVE+7 day DVR viewing was added. Now, the press seems to be standardizing around using LIVE+SAME DAY DVR viewing as the base for the calculations, so that's what we do now as well.

Very unusual to see no mention of “Glee”, which is usually near the top of the list. Was it excluded because it aired on Thanksgiving, and was therefore designated as a “special”?
So Revolution and Once Upon A Time have the same fan-base. That’s nice – I like both shows

Does anybody have the Live+7 numbers for Glee? I’m assuming they were messed up at least in part because of the overrun. I know several people who planned to watch on their DVR but the last 20 minutes were cut off because their DVRs stopped recording at 10pm. They actually unlocked the episode on the Fox.com site a few days early so that fans could watch it.
Huge, huge increase for The New Normal. Does it means NBC programmed it badly? That it would be better at 9, for example? Or this increase is just common?

Wow. After DVR is factored in, The Voice Monday had a 4.5, and Revolution had a 4.4.
Happy Endings and Apartment 23 are dead
Wow. Go Revolution. I’m expecting the finale to reach 5.0 in Live+7 for it. It was a fantastic hour of television.

Castle numbers pretty impressive for an ‘old persons’ show.
I’m also hoping CBS takes the total viewership of The Mentalist and The Good Wife into account when deciding their fates (big fat chance of that. I’m thinking TGW will survive. I like both shows, but lean towards Mentalist). Frankly, they just killed TM.

Yet again… The Monday at 10PM hour remains the most DVR hour on Television. 3 of the top 5 shows in terms of viewers and 3 of the top 9 shows in terms of demo gain are at this time..
Revolution +1.8 and +4.419m
Castle +1.0 and +3.670M
H50 +0.9 and +3.226M
Overall +3.7 demo and 11.315M viewers

What about Glee?
@Mark/John: yes, Glee was excluded because the list we get excludes repeats and episodes marked “special” (as was the case for the Glee episode that week).
