Tuesday turned out to be a very ATYPICAL night: the shooting in the suburban Portland, OR mall interrupted MSNBC and CNN sometime after 7:30 pm. Later, Ezra Klein subbed for Rachel and Alex Wagner subbed for L O’D. I don’t know if Ed Schults did a show at 8:00 pm Eastern off-the-network that was then aired at 11:00 pm or did his show at 11:00 pm Eastern. I recorded the 3:00 am rerun and watched it today.
Looks like Morning Joke is back to their norm.

I’m waiting until after the New Year when people settle back down in their ‘normal’ routines to see what the numbers will be. I don’t think the numbers now say one way or the other what the sway of public opinion is. But it’s good for a laugh to see someone like Joe pop a cork trying to defend Rachel’s show and calling us Right Wing Nutjobs cowards. If Rachel’s numbers are down because she had a subbie, how does he explain when Rachel’s numbers are up when she had a subbie?
