We're into the holiday season for the Renew / Cancel Index and this post before the holiday break gives readers a chance to pick which shows they'd cancel were they a network programmer. You can vote as many times as you'd like, pick as many as you'd like. I've included every show, even canceled ones, so that no one feels left out!
Scheduling note: The Renew / Cancel Index will return with new Indexes and predictions on January 8, 2013 and will then only use the ratings since December 31, 2013 for its calculations for the remainder of the season. Expect prediction changes in the first weeks of 2013.

Notes:

The Renew/Cancel Index is the ratio of a scripted show's new episode adults 18-49 ratings relative to the new episode ratings of the other scripted shows on its own network. It's calculated by dividing a show's new episode Live+Same Day adults 18-49 average rating by the Live+Same Day new episode average of all the new scripted show episodes on the show's own network. The network's average ratings in the calculation are not time weighted (ex. hour long shows are not weighted twice what 30 minute shows are).
(F) -Fridays: Shows airing on Fridays were renewed with significantly lower than average Indexes.

Interesting that so many would cancel LMS and MC. It’s as if the voters pay no attention to ratings.
Keep OUAT and cancel all the others.
@Bill-You do know that Private Practice, 666 Park Avenue and Last resort have already been cancelled-surely that means they can’t be in the poll if they have already been cancelled right?

If I am in charge I dont cancel any of them (meaning I wont be in charge long). I wish they would try to fix low rated shows rather than just outright cancel them. Obviously the business doesnt work that way.
@Wright,
I’m a fan of OUAT as well. But surely you don’t believe ABC should cancel top rated MF and second highest show GREY’s?! Not to mention the surging Scandal and moderate hits like Middle, Suburgatory (not even a fan) and Revenge.
I’m amazed so many people think they should cancel so many shows. They only have so much in their budget for new pilots. If they cancel ten shows, they will stretch that budget so thin that the new shows will likely be worse.
Cancel Scandal and Revenge, save everything else. Ratings posts rejoice.

At the top of my cancel list is The Neighbors. I’m no fan of multi-cams so I’d also feed LMS & MC to the bear. I don’t vote for shows already cancelled.
Surprised at how many people would cancel LMS, I think it’s really funny this season and have gotten use to the cast changes
Don’t Trust the B in Apt. 23 follows Last Resort, 666 Park Avenue, and Private Practice into cancellation. The show’s anemic ratings and lack of syndication potential make this a no-brainer.
The ratings for the Friday block of Last Man Standing and Malibu Country aren’t terrible, but if I recall correctly their all-unscripted Friday lineup was doing even better, as was presumably cheaper as well. If ABC is really committed to bringing back TGIF as part of their brand, then these shows may come back, although they need to be conscious that if they give LMS a third season, they’re pretty much in for a fourth, and I don’t know if the ratings will hold up (or how much cheaper they can make the show). I would cut the bait on both now, but I suspect that both shows will in fact be back.
ABC owns half of Happy Endings, so they would get a small cut of whatever potential syndication profits the show might garner if renewed for a fourth season. That helps to counterbalance what are definitely cancellation-worthy ratings. As much I like the show, I think the smart business thing for ABC Studios to do would be to give Sony (which owns the other half of the show) enough of a heads up to follow the Cougar Town playbook and start looking for a deal on basic cable. If one can’t be found, then it probably should be cancelled entirely.
I’d like to think the Neighbors should be cancelled just based on quality alone, but at its current ratings, it merits a renewal, especially if ABC’s midseason comedies flop.
Castle is looking good for at least one more season
. Revenge, Scandal and all of the rest are easily safe.
PP the Hippopotamus will be fed to the bear on Christmas Day
Shonda & the Whinettes will sing “The Christmas Song (GA Toasting On An Open Fire)” + “21″ other Christmas Chestnuts while the bear feasts
A VERY SPECIAL BEAR CHRISTMAS

Once (never got into it, but so many people enjoy)
Never seen any of the others, so won´t say anything about it…
As is typical for ABC, it’s easier to list the shows I wouldn’t cancel – Last Resort, The Middle and Suburgatory.
Oh, and you’re all traitors for letting Last Resort die. Good job screwing American audiences into a generation of increasingly imbecilic fare, numbskulls…
Don’t Trust the B—- in Apt. 23 has overstayed its welcome. Take it off the air.
