We're into the holiday season for the Renew / Cancel Index and this post before the holiday break gives readers a chance to pick which shows they'd cancel were they a network programmer. You can vote as many times as you'd like, pick as many as you'd like. I've included every show, even canceled ones, so that no one feels left out!
Scheduling note: The Renew / Cancel Index will return with new Indexes and predictions on January 8, 2013 and will then only use the ratings since December 31, 2012 for its calculations for the remainder of the season. Expect prediction changes in the first weeks of 2013.

The Renew/Cancel Index is the ratio of a scripted show's new episode adults 18-49 ratings relative to the new episode ratings of the other scripted shows on its own network. It's calculated by dividing a show's new episode Live+Same Day adults 18-49 average rating by the Live+Same Day new episode average of all the new scripted show episodes on the show's own network. The network's average ratings in the calculation are not time weighted (ex. hour long shows are not weighted twice what 30 minute shows are).
(F) -Fridays: Shows airing on Fridays were renewed with significantly lower than average Indexes.

what? no ubiquitous ‘all of them’ or ‘can the whole network’ post?
Keep TVD, SPN and Arrow and cancel the rest. They have some good shows in the works. They should give them a chance. I would miss HOD and Nikita though.
“what? no ubiquitous ‘all of them’ or ‘can the whole network’ post?”
Since you can select as many as you want, there is no need for an “all of the above”.
Gossip girl,Emily Owens,Nikita,90210 should end at the end of the season.
I vote keep TVD, SPN, Arrow, Nikita & maybe HOD. The rest can go, go, go!
“Gossip Girl” and “Emily Owens” were already canceled…
Considering how low “Beauty and the Beast” already is, it should be canceled.
And then “Nikita” isn’t doing that well BUT it’s close to syndication so it’s safe for another season.
At the end of this season, “90210″ will have 114 episodes… Maybe a final season to wrap up story lines?
Everything else should be renewed.
A possible CW 2013-2014 TV schedule…

CANCELLED:
Beauty And The Beast
Emily Owens M.D.
Most hated show is Beauty and The Beast.
Emily Owens, M.D.
Gossip Girl
90210
Hart Of Dixie
90210 will likely get a shortened final season. But if they have to cancel a show earning 80% average or better it will be a mistake. They should tell the writers to wrap it up this season.
Oh, and just to keep the streak going…
Bill Gorman, why are the shows that have already been canceled / ended on the list?
EVERYTHING but BEAUTY AND THE BEAST!!!
In Fact, Make BATB a daily soap!!!
If ANTM was an option I would’ve voted for that also. I did vote for 90210, GG & the already cancelled EOMD. Haven’t seen BATB but wow a lot of people ready to kill that show.
Arrow and Beauty and the Beast must stay, everything else doesn’t matter.
Already cancelled/ending
Emily Owens
GG
Spring cancellations
90210 unless Carrie Diaries completely tanks
BatB or Cult, depending on Cult’s ratings
Nikita and HoD are probably safe, despite low ratings. SPN, TVD, and Arrow are obviously going to be renewed.
The CW can only afford to launch a few new shows, which is why the spring ratings of the new shows are going to be important

Yes, I think the poll is very clear about that !
My opinion : as of yesterday night, Gossip Girl is history, at last; ratings-wise, the show should have ended after season 3 at the latest. As a CW exec, I would coldly kill 90210, which survived way too long, before it inevitably sinks at Gossip Girl levels (which is very likely to happen this spring). I think I would certainly cancel Beauty and the Beast too, bar a stabilisation or a sudden rebound : I think its destiny is to join The Secret Circle and Ringer as the little shows that could have but miserably failed (about ratings of course).
Hart of Dixie would be a tough one (even if I absolutely don’t care about it) : I’m torn between canceling it before likely very low rated 3rd and 4th seasons, and renewing it because of the miserable shape of the CW. Tough one.
Nikita falls in the same category. As much as I love the show, its ratings, even if they slightly improved recently, are awful, but given the importance of a 4th season business-wise, I’m not sure at all about what I would do.
Nothing about the 3 green shows : I think, apart from Arrow which I don’t plan to watch, they’re vastly overrated, especially on this forum, but the ratings range from good to excellent for the CW, so of course I would keep them, while not forgetting that Supernatural would likely be lower without the Arrow lead-in !
The LA Complex has to go. It was cancelled in Canada and The CW should finally cancel it too. It was a flop from the start and only got worse.
“Bill Gorman, why are the shows that have already been canceled / ended on the list?”
If I didn’t, another commenter would whine about them *not* being in.
Don’t cancel Beauty and the Beast, TVD, or Arrow!
