The Big Bang Theory was the top regular syndicated program in Household ratings, and with total viewers for the week ending December 9, 2012.
Dr Phil topped the talk shows for the 12th week in a row. Ellen DeGeneres took second.
We've entered the wacky time of year when Nielsen counts the local broadcast of the Monday Night Football games as syndicated shows and while it is syndicated to the local markets of the teams playing, Nielsen also includes the numbers from ESPN so MNF will always put them at the top of the list, pay no attention to them.

Why Aren't The Simpsons on This List?!
While The Simpsons repeats are available nationally its ratings are not counted in the weekly syndicated ratings because The Simpsons does not sell any national advertising in syndication.
Please note that the syndicated weekly results are delayed versus normal reporting. While we get the broadcast and cable ratings for the prior Monday-Sunday period every Tuesday, there is an extra week of lag time with the syndicated ratings and these numbers are not for last week, but for the week before last.

Go Ellen. Kelly “NO TALENT” Ripa finally went away. This morning the first words that came out of her mouth were ” OH MY GOSH” She has a very limited vocabulary. I think if they got Michael a ne co host, then that show would be great. Kelly said ahe would leave before Regis. Well, Kelly, youre overdue

I’m surprised to see ‘Litton’s Weekend Adventure’ and ‘SVU’ repeats on My Network TV are both still in the Top 10…
When Regis announced his retirement, the plan should have been to seek a replacement for both he AND Kelly Ripa. In addition to being a very ignorant and naive woman for 42 years old, her broadcast/co-host skills are truly lacking. All of the “umms”, “uhhhs”, “ya’lls”, etc. are pathetic. Not to mention her, let’s call them, obvious personality disorders. She was barely acceptable as a junior co-host and her lack of talent and annoying quirks are even more apparent now.
A good part of the ratings the show does manage to get is probably from people who are amused to watch the “train wreck” that is Kelly Ripa.
No Michael & Kelly in the top 25 this week. Not suprized. She seems to get more “airy” everyday. I think she is more comfortable as a second banana which she played with Regis. She is not a lead person unless she is solo. She definitely is not a journalist…she cannot talk with complete sentences. When she tried to talk about the elementary school massacre, she spoke incoherently. Also her facial expressions she makes seem childish.
No surprise about live with Kelly and Michael not being on the
List.
Michael Strahan is ok, but unlike Regis, he’s not good enough to compensate for the horrible and untalented Ripa, who is obviously a person of low intelligence. The show is repetitively juvenile and boring, and should have been canceled after Regis left.
That show is a train wreck. Kelly is so low class and can’t even carry on a normal conversation. She is an old cheerleader hanging on the football player. She is so disgusting always having her hands all over Michael.
