via press note:
Monday Results (ABC carried NFL football in Nashville): * From 8-9:31 p.m. ET, "The Voice" (4.1 rating, 11 share in adults 18-49, 13.2 million viewers overall) was the #1 show of the night on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49 and total viewers. Versus the final Monday competition show of the prior cycle, "The Voice" was up 8 percent in 18-49 rating (with a 4.1 vs. a 3.8 on May 7) and up 7 percent in total viewers (13.233 million vs. 12.329 million). * "The Voice" scored the show's highest 18-49 rating since November 26. In total viewers, it was the top "Voice" on any night of the week in three months (since Tuesday, Sept. 18). * From 9:31-10:01 p.m. ET, a preview of "1600 Penn" got solid sampling, averaging a 2.3/6 in 18-49 and 7.2 million viewers overall. "1600 Penn" ranked #2 among ABC, CBS and NBC in the hour in adults 18-49, total viewers and all other key categories, behind only CBS's "Mike & Molly" and ahead of ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" and Fox's "Charlie Brown" special. * From 10:01-11 p.m. ET, "Take It All" (1.5/4 in 18-49, 4.5 million viewers overall) grew 36 percent versus its prior telecast last Friday in 18-49 (with a 1.5 rating vs. a 1.1). This is the top-rated "Take It All" since last Tuesday and the highest-rated episode that did not benefit from a direct lead-in from "The Voice." In the time period, "Take It All" is #2 among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49 and virtually all other key demos.

1600 Penn and Take it all really dragged NBC’s average.
NBC should have just aired 2 hrs of The Voice and put 1600 Penn at 10.
And dump Take it all somewhere.
It would have got the same numbers.
