Hey Sam,
Like I said that was an awesome show last night.
And yes, Liberal viewers are split between CNN and MSNBC. If there was only one Liberal station, they would destroy Fox News every single night.
You also have to remember that most people tune into to watch Liberal News stations like NBC Nightly News, ABC World News, and CBS Nightly News like Hillbilly and Steve Perry use to say.
Mark2,
So I guess you are admitting the liberal bias that the left has denied and continues to deny?
Chris Mathews was soft on the same moron compared to Piers. He should have challenged him more because he made no sense. After being pushed by Mathews that having more guns wouldn’t protect us otherwise it would have protected Nancy Lanza, he went to say that the purpose we have guns is basically to bully a popularly and democratically elected government :

CNN still doing this good several days after the tragedy.. wow.. this may be a turn for CNN.. Zucker is coing in at the right time..
Also want to say… the election is over now.. so people are over politics and are getting back into daily news.. CNN might just do really well the next 4 years until the next election rolls in and then everyone will go back to either MSNBC or Fox News for their Politic fix..
I believe people who watch MSNBC & Fox are the most misinformed people in the country. more so at Fox it’s gotten bad over there(I only watched at election night, wow). People, just do your own research. don’t let talking heads skew the facts, according to the higher ups of the respective network. Fox news is The Arm of the right wing. MSNBC is the arm of the left wing. CNN is a lost dog trying to find its tail… btw, one thing. I love how Fox news loves to say they dominate cabel news, yet they are not mainstream. maybe that coulda flew, not today. Fox is as Mainatream as it gets. they own Radio, Cable news & Conservative news sites dominate. Fox news, you are the mainstream, whether you like it or not.?
FNC’s Lou Dobbs seems to be doing steadily better than MNBC’s The Kudlow Report in both categories. FNC seems to be holding its own and doing very well. NBC seems to crapping out in many areas.
The country is not buying this Liberal agenda. Yes, I know Obama won. What you got were more people to the polls voting for the Democrats (not all over, though, thankfully). It was quite an event getting a lot of uninformed to the voting booth to vote for Obama. That doesn’t mean the country feels that Democrat economics or the Liberal agenda is what they want.
Democrat economics don’t work. We’ll be watching the house of cards fall for the federal government just like we’re watching the Democrat economics of California fail. We don’t have to look far to see how the Democrat party’s economics can ruin a great thing.
Bee,
I do not deny that Fox presents the news from a Republican point of view, especially the opinion people and website. However, as Mark2 admitted, they are completely outnumbered on a Lib vs Conservative basis. Not that all news is as Left as MSNBC, but they lean more left than right. Bias did not begin when Fox started.
beedavisjr
I wouldn’t exactly call Fox mainstream. Both MSNBC & FCN are knee deep in BS. Unfortunately a lot of people eat it up. CNN is not a lost dog trying to find it tail. CNN is a lost dog trying to sniff its butt to find something to report.
Hey JED, were you even paying attention to the cable ratings for the debates, or the conventions….12 million people tuned into the FOX News Channel! Plus were had between 3 and 4 million in the Demo. And by the way, PLEASE stop with the “people who watch such and such news channel” are stupid. To say such nonsense is pretty stupid!
@ BevAG,
“The country is not buying this Liberal agenda”
HAHAHA ! The best joke of the year, you’re worst than Karl Rove man.
@BevAg how should I put this, your “conservative” party has been reduced to White, Old people & married women/ men. That’s it. By 2016 there will not be enough of you “conservatives” to sustain a voting majority anymore at all even if ALL white people voted. what does that tell you? Just because fox news leads in NEWS doesn’t mean Jack. I am an independent & I believe the country needs & deserves a “Legitimate” GOP party that is not always in denial. I’m pretty sure if GOP won, im you would claim that victory as a consensus of the country wanting the conservative agenda. Please stop your denial. anything to comfort your insecurities of the actual truth. Instead of bashing the president how about coning with actual substantive discussions. The country chose. And if you blame that on “Democrats” are better getting out the vote, I question your intelligence or little intellect you seem to portray.
Beedavisjr, you keep saying that hoping it to be true.
By 2016 when the whole country realizes that California a Democrat super majority and it’s failed and it watches Obama and the Democrats completely ruin the finances of this country, the Democrats will be crawling under rocks.
Just because Fox news lead in NEWS means a whole lot more than “Jack.” It means that the country is not buying the Liberal agenda.
@Bobby “So I guess you are admitting the liberal bias that the left has denied and continues to deny?”
Liberal in the sense that they’re not limited to a traditional way (the past) of thinking, that they’re open to new ideas and tolerant of the ideas and behavior of others, that they are broad-minded and free from Bigotry.
They are Progressive in Nature.
Mark2 and Sam – Here we go the boys who only believe in the 25-54. If you add CNN and MSNBC together they don’t beat Fox news. While if you look at 25-54 they do this week, because we know only that group of people count.
That should say when the country realizes that California is a Democrat super majority.
Right now the country only knows that California’s economics are failing miserably. What the country doesn’t know is that California has been under Democrat control for 42 years and now it’s under super majority Democrat control. In other words, the Democrats in California can’t blame the fiscal failure of California on Republicans like “Independents,” Democrats and President Obama tries to do.
As the country falls more and more under the failed Democrat economics and sees that it’s following in California’s Democrat super majority, 2016 is going to look a whole lot brighter for Republicans.
Mark2,
I agree that is more the definition of a progressive, but if that was the definition of liberal bias attributed to the mainstream media they would quickly agree and be proud of it instead of denying it all these years.
Apparently, the clueless here skip past the ratings numbers and claim victory for MSNBC. There ARE ACTUAL numbers up there, at the top of the page. So, when I read comments from the great unwashed here, I laugh out loud when their comments are compared to the actual figures.
Someone actually believes that if there were only ONE LIBERAL network instead of two (CNN & MSNBC) said singular liberal network would beat Fox.
Unless there is a national or worldwide tragedy, MSNBC is the only liberal network in the running. CNN gets NO ratings unless there’s something like the tragic shooting in Newton, CT.
Wake-up, sheep. Election Day is over. The little extra time that MSNBC topped FOX in only TWO time slots, 9PM & 10PM, was attributed to Obama’s victory. Now, ratings show that only hardcore cable news viewers are tuning in. Not the yahoos whose sole purpose was to see Obama elected.
@Cathy “Here we go the boys who only believe in the 25-54. If you add CNN and MSNBC together they don’t beat Fox news. While if you look at 25-54 they do this week, because we know only that group of people count.”
-You forgot to add NBC, ABC, and CBS.
O’Reilly opened up his show talking about the Marine in the Mexican jail instead of Gun Control. I guess Rupert Murdoch’s marching orders are being carried out, lol.
