Rachel is on FIRE!!!
Things are getting back to normal as Rachel destroys Hannity and Lawrence destroys Greta.
Actualy, Obama DID make Tapper look stupid…and Obama gave a perfect answer. Your vacation talk flies only with right wing t-bags, Bush was always on vacation even when he was working…..
@Bev “Obama said, “Hey, it’s not like I’ve been on vacation.” That response gave the American people to go over in their minds all the vacations that Obama has had, which is more than any other President in history.”
Care to share a source on that statement? Stop spreading lies.
No it isn’t.
GDP revised upwards in spite of the t-bag loonies in the House Obstructing US economic growth……………
lol TZCA!!!!! That really isn’t something you admit in public unless you’re “old.” lol
But you know what the young don’t see? How wonderful it is getting “old.” You don’t care about such things. lol The only thing I care about these days are things that REALLY make a difference and I’m learning that not much makes a “difference.” lol I love being “old” just for THAT reason alone.
Twenty years ago I was WAY too vain to admit to applauding by myself in my home. Now I’d admit to dancing when I feel like it, yelling at the TV, crying at something that hurts. I even wear clothes that don’t match (only in my own home that is). lol Still not old enough to wear the purple and reds that don’t match!!! Maybe in another ten years.
I love being “old.”
And, of course, I certainly love it better than the alternative.
I love listening to the “older” folks in here as well. I can tell right away if they’re older just by the amount of respect they have, even when they’re mad and disagreeing with someone.
The young just say the same old stuff progressively using harsher tones thinking that someone didn’t understand them the first time. lol We understood it. We just don’t agree with it and we recognize you need a few more years on this earth.
@BevAG “…all the vacations that Obama has had, which is more than any other President in history.”
We’re still waiting for your Source.
You know how you can tell that Obama has had the most vacations of any president, when you look on the internet for that information, you really can’t see any information after 2010. There’s a few little, insignficant things for 2011. They all say Bush had more vacation time.
None of the Left wing sites are stating any recent data about which President has taken the most vacation with a date of 2012. That to me means that they don’t want to put out on their websites the statistics anymore because it would show that Obama has had the most vacations. They don’t want to put it out there because you know how we have to keep anything negative about Obama away from the American people.
@BevAG
Again, where’s your Source? You made the statement, not me.
If you care to search, there’s also data from 2011 and 2012, but your argument is flawed regardless. You’ve basically set the metric at “in the absence of data, my ASSUMPTIONS take precedence.”
And, of course, there’s the fact that how many vacation days Obama took, or Bush took, or Reagan took is irrelevant. Where ever you are, you’re still the president, particularly in the mobile phone era. Not to mention that most of the ‘nitty gritty’ of the executive branch is handled by specialized staff, anyway. The president is not the king of America. How many days Bush spent on the ranch or where Obama is taking his family says very little.
If you REALLY want to be outraged, be outraged about the fact that the United States Congress is scheduled to be out of session for more than 200 days in 2013. Yikes.
Well, I’m not old, YET! Getting there. Feeling more aches and pains but can still run around a court, climb a tree, or jump a fence. I was starting to think like you about young people not having respect, but I get educated every once in awhile by meeting a teen or young adult who is respectful. It’s hard for me not to correlate that those young people also come from strong nucleus families, but Hey, I’m no psychologist.
Just don’t let the liberal sharks on this site get you down. You’ve got spirit.
Billy O played the 6th man on the GOP romper room The Five today. He did good, their maybe a job for Billy O instead of going to GBTV. He was auditioning for the position of Crowned Prince of the Five Comedy Hour. Even the Republican Party of Crazy Stupid is distancing them self’s from the Hannity’s, O’Reilly’s, Dobb’s,and the Five’s and others. Conservatives are really embarrassed by the far right pundits and their has been Contributors es pounding the Crazy Stupid views of Murdoch and Ailes. LOL

_____________
We used to say that same thing when the Libs were always criticizing Bush for taking vacations.
I wouldn’t be suprise if they revised Greta’s numbers. They just do not look correct if 1422 is correct the other two number look low and if the other two numbers are correct then 1422 looks high.
Any speculation on what time slot Tapper will air. I guess he is the replacement for John King.
@ Matthew, If you REALLY want to be outraged, be outraged about the fact that the United States Congress is scheduled to be out of session for more than 200 days in 2013. Yikes.

I am OUTRAGED. I actually can’t stand that. And then when Pelosi came in as Speaker of the House, she said that she was going to make Congress work five days a week. I thought, “Yes. Finally someone who is going to make those people earn their pay.”
Did Pelosi ever do that? No.
I can’t stand Congress’ time off. I can’t stand Congress, the Senate or the President’s benefit packages. I think they all should have the same social security benefits as everyone else.
It totally disgusts me that the Obama Administration exempted his family, Congress and the Senate from Obamacare so they would be entitled to Cadillac health insurance just like they’re entitled to Cadillac retirement benefits.
Yeah, I’m outraged. You bet.
@BevAG
You made an erroneous statement about President Obama and his vacation days that you most likely heard on Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, or some Republican chain-letter and just believed it as fact.
I’ve asked several times for your source and naturally you can’t provide a source because it untrue.
This is one of the Problem with you Republicans. You spew lies that you’ve heard from Conservatives who make up statements that are lies.

Not unless the other 817,000 viewers are older than 65. It’s hard to imagine that the spread would be so large, but I guess it’s possible.
TZCA, I understand what you’re saying. I always see young people who are respectful and great.
In my town a few years ago I had to stop a 6.5 million dollar capital improvement project the City was involved in for ten years. I needed to get the word out to the people in the city to show up at a city council meeting.
I went to the local high school and their “civics class.” I explained what needed to be done. (My idea would benefit all the people of the city, which it has). I asked the students if they’d go door-to-door with me and others I had gotten together and put posters on people’s door on a Saturday and Sunday informing them of the issue. I bought them hamburgers and hotdogs. That’s what they agreed to do this for, only that, and they also saw the benefit of it.
These kids were fantastic. I loved working with them for the six months or so. I love their energy, their idealism and just how wonderful they are.
BevAG! You’re horrible. You fed them hamburgers and hotdogs. You are a domestic terrorist. You have contributed to our rampant obesity problem which is now the number one threat to our national security!
6.5 million dollar project, huh. Was this phase one in the bullet train to nowhere project?

Mark, my source is the fact that the Left wing websites are no longer saying that Bush took more vacations than Obama has. The Left wing sites are staying VERY far from statistics that show how many vacations Obama has taken because Left wing sites don’t want to say anything negative about Obama.
