beevdavisjr .. The vote is the vote. 4 years no budget but thats not the point. You said you had never seen any thing like it. Obviously not true or you were not paying attention.
Bsotgnw,
No. that wasn’t even the presidents budget in the EARLY form it was. It was cherry picked by Republican Senators & was forced to a vote. Why you ask? Because, Republicans & the world new Dems wouldn’t vote for it in the form it was; Just so people like you can say “Look Look 99-0 Obama lost” it was the same trick Boehner tried to pull this time, yet he was embarrassed by his own party on the House floor.
Harry hasn’t brought a bill to a vote…
No budget for 4 years…
@Ben: You put out the numbers that make sense. Looks like most of the FNC shows had over a 2 million cume and your numbers that show that MSNBC only had beaten Fox in a couple of time periods by five-figures shows just how little winning the demo really is in a nation of 340-million people. MILLION, yes.
And, you Bozos who keep attempting to tie the cable news networks in with Republican-Democrat politics, are…well, Bozos. All during Obama’s first time, Fox News led 25-54 demos AND numbers in the millions.
Stop trying to convince anyone that Maddow beating Hannity by ONLY 33,000 is a big f-ing deal, in the parlance of Joe Biden. It;s NOT when you see how Fox slaughters MSNBC in most every other time slot in the demo.
Mitch McConnell famously said it was his Job to make President Obama a one-term president. So don’t be surprised a budget hasn’t been passed in 4 years.
Joe—-
“MSNBC wins in prime time. That’s when people have time to sit down and watch TV.”

Ummmmm…..
John Kerry, who will be nominated later today to be the next secretary of state, is the richest member of the U.S. Senate. His estimated net worth is, at minimum, $198.65 million, according to disclosure forms.
john kerry
Kerry’s disclosure forms also reveal that he has invested in companies accused of doing business with Iran.
Of course, John Kerry, Pete du Pont, and the Rockefellers all Democrats are for the little people.
John Kerry, who is expected to be nominated as secretary of state later this afternoon, has made frequent visits to Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad.
Assad is now under fire for mass murdering his own civilians, as he fights an internal war to keep his position of power. Even Obama has called for Assad to go
Yeah,
John Kerry who moved his yacht out of Massachusetts to avoid paying taxes on it. Democrats are such hypocrites.
@other Joe, stuck in the 1860s, is that why South Carolina now has a black senator

Former US Marine Jon Hammar was finally released today. His eventual freedom was NOT due to the efforts (non efforts) of the following people:
(1) President Obama and his entire administration (2) Hillary Clinton (3) MSNBC minions Maddow, Schultz, O’Donnell, Matthews, Sharpton. (3) Huffinton Post (4)ABC, (5) CBS (6) NBC (7) Current TV (8)all progressive media programs…and I could go on and on. All of the aformentioned could not have the time to mention Hammar’s plight. No time. Could not have cared less. Not important. Only NBC Reporter Richard Engles’ detention and eventual release was extensvely covered, overshadowing Jon Hammar’s
imprisonmet in a Mexican jail as non-existent. It took the efforts of Bill O’Reilly to marshall the people of infuence who were willing to do devote the effort and time to secure Hammar’s release. Ask Hammar’s parents who took up the banner for them to get the machinery rolling. Both of Hammar’s parents expressed gratitude to O’Reilly and his staff for the follow through that got it done.

thank you mark2
No cables news shows again.
I count 20 shows higher than Bill O’s 3396 on Friday. So depending on Friday’s (Gold Rush is a behind the scenes show) ratings Bill O should make the list.
There could be some shows on Nick or Disney that get more than 3396. I don’t know what their airing. No matter what i don’t see 2 cable news shows making the list. (Top 25 weekly) So AppleStinx will be paying for me to get into 1966′s mansion for a year.
Wayne “the stone” La Pierre of the NRA made an absurd statement today advocating having guns in schools. The vast majority of Americans, even Republicans, thought it was ridiculous and would be ineffective. The cost would be tens of billions–maybe hundreds of billions, but more importantly, it would not work. It didn’t work at Columbine. One policeman against a heavily armed (with assault type rifles and pistols with tumbling and fragmenting bullets), body armor, and the element of suprise would be no match. You would need to turn every school, movie theatre, mall, business in the country into a fortress with batallions of soldiers in each–absurd. Just regulate the lethal weapons and their bullets and huge magazines. But “The Stone” wants to have a lethal weapon in every pocket so he can keep his money flowing from the gun manufacturers and big money interests. He doesn’t care about school children………..
