He said his favorite thing to do was “kill people.” Obviously, the easier it is for lunatics (and there are MANY of them) to get hold of assault type weapons with large magazines and tumbling/fragmenting bullets, the greater the likelihood of many more killing incidents occurring. There is NO need for people to have assault weapons–it has nothing to do with the 2nd Amendment. The misinformation posted by Doug Z has been refuted on the net as FALSE, with respect to Switzerland and Israel. It’s just common sense that permitting lunatic killers easy access to assault wepaons is a recipe for disaster–and we have seen it repeat almost every week. The insensivity of the NRA and some of its followers is striking!!!!!!!!

Last i heard when you retire & go sign up for SS they base your monthly check on the last 3 years of your wages. I’m not sure if they only look at just what you earned or also look at your income from investments. If you have no or very little income from investments it’s based on the last 3 years of your wages. I’ll double check to make sure i heard them correctly.
I know 3 people (none had large investment income that i know of) who retired in the last 2 years & that’s what their monthly checks were based on. So get a high paying job 3 years before you retire.
