Tonight's broadcast line-up is nothing but reruns. The week between Christmas and New Year's is essentially a television dead zone, with even many cable networks opting to run repeats. That can be frustrating for those of us who love TV. I am marathoning this entire season of Dexter, which I DVRd but never got around to watching. I am looking forward to New Year's Day when NBC will air a new episode of Parenthood. How are you surviving?

Two words – DVR catchup.
Although, I am almost done. All I have left is 1 1/2 Ben & Kates, 5 of the Dragons of Berk series on Cartoon Network, and a season and a half of Homeland. For me, that’s a holiday miracle!
Watching the complete blu-ray edition of “Farscape”. Greatest show ever.
Catching up on the first ten episodes I missed of Switched at Birth-watched the last eight live and the middle twelve I’ve yet to catch up on will wait til it’s on DVD like the first ten-and watching all the special/bonus features on my tv seasons DVDs that i haven’t seen yet.
I’m doing a Supernatural marathon from season 1…again. Not sure how many times I have done this, but it never gets old..if anything I enjoy it more each time.
Watching more DVD’s or sports or watching repeated programs that I could not record or watch on a 1st run basis.
The only sport broadcasting on Christmas day was a basketball game, no football and I am a fan of it-not basketball.
I just watched the Twin Peaks pilot. What a confusing mess. I hope future episodes clear some stuff up.
Catching up on the pile of cooking shows and movies on my DVR.
