Considering giants were a blowout thats a monsta.
It’s about time the give American Dad another season. And go ahead and cancel Cleveland shows while your at it
Great job, American Dad. It’s the best one of FOX’s animations. Back to the 2′s!
Fox should be happy. AD did very well considering the night, Family Guy still pulled in very respectable ratings, and the Simpsons repeat did MUCH better then the original it aired last week to a series low.
SNF from 9:00 to 11:00 pm?
Homer followed an nfl game this week & last week didnt so that trumps new ep vs rerun.
The Simpsons is trash. Only time it get decent ratings is following football. As you can see last week no football, terrible ratings. Cancel this hasbeen already.
It’s a fact that the reason the Simpsons gets a big boost from football is not because they actually watch the show but because they forget to turn the channel. After the game is over, football fans go to the bathroom, then go get someting to eat. They’re not actually watching the Simpsons. I know this for a fact.
@romo I H-A-T-E the Giants and I enjoyed watching every minute of this blow out.
The Simpsons has been doing great, better than all the shows on animation domination. Last weeks figures were the lowest ever and that was because it was per-emptied on the east coast. And tonight both episodes were repeats.
“SNF from 9:00 to 11:00 pm?”
The ratings are for the entire telecast, which started at 8:30 and ended at 11:22.
Now fixed.
@jay,
I’m glad you know that for a fact…moron.
Pretty decent numbers for The Mentalist repeat: 0.9 out of a 0.6 lead-in.
@RJ
Why am i a moron? It IS a fact. If you have been to football parties you would know. We get together to watch football every sunday. And no matter where we go it’s the same thing. After football and the post game, bathroom, eat, leave the tv alone.
@jay
But don’t Nielsen families have to interact with their TVs periodically to show that they’re still watching the show airing?
This goes to show you Family Guy doesnt need the preemption of Football to bring in decent numbers. Go Family Guy!!
