I like Elementary. Have been a Holmes fan since childhood. Like JL Miller a lot. I’m getting used to Lucy L. as Watson: a stretch at first. She might write reports about him, as this is one of the important things Watson did for Holmes (see the blogs on the wonderful British show SHERLOCK, that J. W. writes about S. H. )
@ DaxJackson
No I’m pretty sure i spelled it right “honors program” we don’t put a “u” in it in the USA, i think in England they spell it as honour. Are u from England? TV is meant to be fun and entertaining… lets not talk bad about great shows that earn emmy nominations,etc.
@Sitcoms Rule Yeah I’m British lol
Ok.
I was a bit crass before, not all people who watch TBBT are stupid. I will refrain from talking bad about emmy nominated television in the future.
Americans still butcher English though… ^_^
@ DaxJackson
Lol- No problem sir! Have a wonderful New Years!!!
And with that Ben and Kate wins The Battle Of The Fox Comedies Repeats.
@Dax Jackson
I’m pretty sure you meant to say that you will “refrain from talking badLY”. Sorry I couldn’t resist, lol.
Absolutely no disrespect meant, and I do agree with your point.
From a Brit/Canadian who is also anal about spelling and grammar…although I have been known to let American spellings slip by now and then, as both are acceptable here. Oh well, none of us are perfect!
@DaxJackson
Or…if you were just repeating what had already been said, then you can tell me to be quiet now. Sorry!
I should read all the comments properly before replying to just one!
Nice for PoI – always seems to rate well on repeats.
Looking forward to the new episode on Thursday – only so many movies & tv shows to watch/books to read over the break.
@Billy
Who says “the final yearly ratings Neilsen reports” count?
Of course repeats “count” in the only way that matters, ad revenue! (which, as with originals, is correlated with adult demo group ratings).
Don’t be confused by the fact that our prediction process ignores repeats. That’s a simplification short cut because we found that including repeats in the analysis didn’t help predictions and complicated things.
@JulieDawn Be quiet!! haha
I probably should have put quotation marks around ‘bad’:D
@DaxJackson
Beauty and the Beast did better as a repeat? Interesting. Except I don’t think it was a repeat. I watched it myself.
@Martine, it was a repeat of Episode 4.
