    This jerk has NO SHAME!
MONEY’S NO OBJECT: Obama heads back to Hawaii — at taxpayer cost of $7 million…

    Morning Rats

I’m still hungover, someone had to put Dr. Pepper in my coffee New Years Night

  • Letmethink

    Morning

  • Letmethink

Just read about Anderson C and Kathy G News year Eve. Do most people like or approve of that behavior? I don’t understand why CNN keeps bringing her back. Will be interesting to see if any changes will be made at CNN.

  • Coffee Steve

    Morning LetMeThink,

As long as people continue to tune into CNN even with her on, nothing will change

  • Coffee Steve

    By the way?

Is there anyone that has not been hit with a bug yet? My kid has it bad, I have it slightly, and everyone in our family and in-laws has it or has had it. I feel like a truck smacked me since yesterday afternoon…

  • Letmethink

So far we have escaped the bug but nearly everyone we know has had it.
Have any of you seen info as to what deductions were cut in this fiasco that just passed?

    By the way?

Is there anyone that has not been hit with a bug yet? My kid has it bad,

I got it Christmas Morning and have not felt 100% since. Then on New Years Eve started sneezing which went to a head cold and now has moved to my chest. Yep, I spent another holiday in bed!!!!

  • Coffee Steve

    @Ratboy & LetMeThink

They said this bug is a Norovirus and it amoung the most infectious viruses known to mankind. I believe it, I feel like sleeping all day today and may just do that. The paper here said its setting records at Emergency rooms around here by the numbers they are seeing.

On the Taxes..all I know is despite what the press is telling you all our taxes at just about every level will see an increase and the amount of refunds thia year will be smaller, in addition, many common items like asprins, cold syrups etc, will have a small tax fee added to pay for Obamacare along with new higher taxes on any medical equipment you rent or buy.

Honestly you two, I kid you not, I have niot watched Fox or any national news since the election and won’t any longerm its all BS and is designed to get you tio think what they want you to think anymore. There is no truth in reporting anymore, the reporters simply relay the wishes of the Corp they work for now.

One think on the buzzline was Jake tapper of ABC was highly upset when he did all that work on the Libya story and the HQ edited out about 90% of what he found out and he left for CNN because of it. Don’t know how much truth there is about that, (If Any) but it is in the background buzz of many reporters.

Nap Time, I am sooooooooo tired right now.

  • Coffee Steve

Sorry for the many spelling errors :-)

How does giving Hollywood $250,000,000.00, Giving Puerto Rico, $ to make rum and money to grow algae help the middle class? None of those will help create jobs, protect wages or improve anything for the middle class. And they walk around patting themselves on the back like they saved us all from Fiscal calamity.

This government is disgusting and I am offended as a small business owner that they are so irresponsible with our money!

Side note, why can’t Hilary Clinton give testimony from wherever she is? She seems to have something come up every time a date approaches. We are a sophisticated society, can’t they accommodate her so she can get this testimony out of the way and move onto her Presidential run?

  • dana

The Clintons are tephlon…she never technically had a blood clot, ask any doctor, it was never in her brain as advertised, and now the media’s hearts are bleeding for her…she will never testify!! she couldnt without hurting either obama whom she will need 1n 21016, or her brand which she will also need in 2016…the clintons know that with each passing day everything in politics is forgotten…remember the fast and furious scandle…no one else in the masses do………….

@Coffee–As long as people continue to tune into CNN even with her on, nothing will change
I guess that is my question–Why do people enjoy this depraved, low class, vile attempt at humor? As the old saying goes–Some like chocolate and some like vanilla. I just don’t get why some/many find this enjoyable. Will be interesting to see what kind of ratings they get.
dana–agree. Most politicians are devious and corrupt. The Clintons more so that most. Remember the Whitewater papers they couldn’t find and then suddenly when it no longer mattered, they discovered them under their bed at the White House? It is hard to ask people to trust you when you have been deceitful most of your life. If she is truly ill, I wish her the best but like you I don’t believe she will ever testify–how convenient.

USA8888, I guess since you spend most of your miserable life blaming the right wing nut t-bags for not avoiding the fiscal cliff that since the bill passed to avoid the cliff ( for now) the right wingers get all the credit. I await your post applauding the right wingers.

The CBO determined Tuesday that the package, hammered out late Monday evening by Vice President Biden and Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.), would — over the next decade — come with a $3.9 trillion price tag.

The CBO says the budget agreement will lead to an overall increase in spending of about $330 billion over 10 years.

New York and New Jersey lawmakers are reeling this morning after taking a heavy blow last night when a Hurricane Sandy relief bill they’d expected to be voted on was tabled without explanation. The bill called for a much-needed $60 billion in aid to be provided to the ravaged Northeast to help in the massive relief efforts still under way following the superstorm.

On the House floor on Tuesday, an outraged Rep. Peter King spoke out about his shock and utter disappointment. “Everybody play by the rules … except for tonight, when the rug is pulled out from under us,” he said. “It’s absolutely inexcusable, absolutely indefensible; we have a moral obligation to hold this vote.”

Peter goes on to say, “Anyone from New York or New Jersey who contributes one penny to Congressional Republicans is out of their minds!”
