   Jeff looks to Ill. to say ,see we are in better shape in Cal than Ill. They are is more trouble that any other state

   I was born and raised in the western suburbs of Chicago and I know Illinois and its politics. I was around for the Old Man Daley and his Chicago Politics. Now in Illinois when you run for office you have your term you win and then the automatic jail time that goes with it!!

   California, the land of fuits and nuts – Illinois, the land of crooks and butts!

   Gotta give him credit! He never got caught, did some great things for the city, did not flaunt it by his lifestyle in the brownstone he lived in, and controled the state and part of the country without a lot of people knowing it!

   How the heck did you know?? Sinatra is one of my all time favorites! And My Kind or Town is up around the top of the list of what he did best!!! Thanks cuz now you got me smilin and hummin! I think one of Frank’s CD’s will be popped in for the ride home!

   True story. Last month, the TV was broadcasting local Chicago news (I have no idea why Comcast was giving me that) while I was in another room. Then the hosts started going through a few names and misdeeds. Good, they must have caught a gang of criminals. I race to the TV. Those turned out to be democratic candidates running for some office left vacant by another democrat.

   The women then claim disability benefit from the government – using their disabled children as a ‘source of income’.

    Doug and Ratboy. I grow up south of Chicago – Kankakee. Ten blocks away from George Ryan’s home. I was a cheerleader with his triples and I was in the same grade as his son George. Ryan was one of those politicians in the 70′s and 80′s who sent their children to public schools to prove the schools were good. Through his school school years George Jr. classes was half the size of others, always had the highest performing students and had two teachers and one teacher’s aide. In high school he was none out of the site of a teacher. It really hurts others students to have politicians’ children in public school.
    His family’s stores had little to no traffic because they were twice the price as other pharmacies. Everyone knew Ryan used his office to win his family’s business state and federal contracts to supply nursing homes their drugs. Ryan is an example that in Illinois the Republicans are as corrupt as the democrats.
    Illinois always had the saying, “if you keep the garage picked up, the roads plowed and repaired and the buses and trains running, you can steal as much as you want.”

    Maybe you should read it sometime. I read it every now and again to get a good laugh. It’s full of hatred and racism. I believe I read last week a few people saying, and I quote, “can we please get this monkey out of office!!?” Too bad their website gets kicked the crap out of by CNN, MSNBC, Yahoo, Google, Huffington post and New York Times.

    @apple, you must have had WGN on. It’s a standard comcast cable station. Along with wtbs for Atlanta.

    D.D., I don’t think they did it on purpose but I know a handful of people who live off their disabled child. One does what I call double dipping. She went and got her nurses aide licence and she gets paid to take care of her own child by the state.

    That’s a hard situation to be in. If the mothers are giving good care to these children, I don’t have a problem with completing classes & being reimbursed by the state for their skills. Plus, these children develop a further closeness to family caregiver. BUT, there have been cases of abuse. This can become a very stressful life.

    I have to admit , I’m not interested in Fox News Facebook. I don’t condone those racist comments. The problem is , this kind of hatred is on both sides of the fence & is a waste of energy, time, & , the ones engaging in it, lose more than they will ever gain. With trashing others , things like character, principles , & respect , are hard to regain once they’ve been thrown away .

    Anyone calling Obama a monkey is a liberal trying to pass themselves off as a racist republican. Monkey was only used in the Disney movie. A true racist would have used the term “Jungle bunny”,

    I looked and I couldn’t find any proof that the news sites you listed “kicked the crap” out of Fox’s site. Do you have a link that states that. I’m sure Yahoo and Google get more hits they are search engines after all.

    Ok, I’m not giving any credit for how much any web site is used. After checking a number of sites and finding that p*rnhub is always in the top 70, I don’t care about hit counts anymore.

You’re also right about just passing off the total number of unique hits on ALL websites because of a p*rn site….which is something that helped get the internet where it is now. which is a FACT btw….

    Really, you think I’m talking about their search engines? They have NEWS websites also. Took me 5 seconds to Google.

    I got news for you , DD.–fox “News”, the propaganda arm of the right wing GOP, is on the decline in ratings and has been since just before the dems hammered the GOP in the elections. Hannity and Greta have lost the demo consistently and Billo hangs on with the older crowd and typically invites middle aged women and positions them as “sexy” while talking down to them. MSNBC is on the rise and CNN has come up some, too. But always remember this: Buffoons like Beck and Limbaugh still draw large crowds of the uneducated and the former make millions of these suckers. P.T. Barnum was right in the case of Beck and Limbaugh……
