
Our source for Live+7 DVR ratings includes only original, regular programs, excluding both repeats (which are unlikely to be heavily DVR viewed) and "specials".
During the thirteenth week of the 2012-2013 season (December 17-December 23), How I Met Your Mother topped the rankings for the week's DVR viewing adults 18-49 ratings added between the Live+Same Day period (as reported in all our other ratings posts) and the Live + 7 Day measurement periods with a gain of 1.1 adults 18-49 ratings points.
Private Practice topped the % adults 18-49 ratings increase from DVR viewing, adding 75% to its Live+Same Day adults 18-49 ratings.
NCIS led total Viewership gains, adding 3.071 million viewers via DVR between Live + Same Day and Live + 7 Day ratings.

Definitions:
DVR (Time-shifted) Adults 18-49 Ratings – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs.
Live+Same Day(Live+SD) ratings include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing.
Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.
DVR Ratings Increase Past Airdate - How many people watched the show on their DVRs within 7 days following the airdate
Until the 2009-2010 season, we used a show's LIVE program rating or viewership as the base upon which the LIVE+7 day DVR viewing was added. Now, the press seems to be standardizing around using LIVE+SAME DAY DVR viewing as the base for the calculations, so that's what we do now as well.

Good increase again for HF-0. Yay !!!
The series finale of Fringe will dominate the Live+7 DVR among % gains in a few weeks. I foresee it surpassing a 2.0+ 18-49 L+7 (Rating), however, that could just be my wishful thinking.

Happy Endings skews really young when it comes to DVR viewing it appears. A .5 jump with less than 900K viewers.
2 broke girls…sucks. Watched the first season and it should have been canceled. Nothing but lame, low class, and lackluster jokes. Sex jokes can be funny from time to time but this show is garbage. Most of the mail viewers only watch the show because they only understand lowbrow humor or they want to have sex with the two “broken” girls.
