Definitions:

Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live baseball game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

LMAO at Happy Endings & APT 23. HUGE Flops.

  • Max

Well look at this, I am correct regarding REVENGE, once again.

The show returns to very disappointing numbers and it begin to get even more depressing for ABC as the weeks go on. Just wait until the award shows and breaks begin to interrupt the Sunday night schedule and this show is going to see incredibly surprising lows. Well, surprise to others, not to me.

Meanwhile, SCANDAL will benefit greatly from how quickly word of mouth is spreading and continue to remain steady or even rise.

Sorry REVENGE fans but the show’s numbers, as from what I have heard from viewers about the show itself this season, are tanking.

  • CrimTV

    WOOP! Go Biggest Loser :)

  • Joseph

Revenge is steady but a huge drop off in the second half! Worrying

  • victor hugo

Damn it ABC.. why not show the last 3 episodes of 666 Park Avenue instead..

  • BigBrotherFan

wow! Maybe ABC maybe more inclined to burn off those 666 Park Ave. episodes now.

  • @Max

I feel you should get a life and stop worrying about Revenge.

  • Petar Ivanov

ABC flop again. Time to move this 2 comedies in other day. But where…..

  • CenterGravity

    Atta boy, Patrick Jane.

  • Josh

As I’m overseas, was the Happy Endings double-episode weeks promoted at all? I don’t think it’s a good fit after Revenge.

  • Gabe

    Max (a.k.a Rob)

    You aren’t fooling anyone

  • DenverDean

WOW at TBL crushing REV, TGW and TM. Plus REV dropped significantly at half-hour. Not a good sign for ABC’s Sunday line-up. OUAT should’ve done better as well. Not football overrun and nothing great on other networks.

  • buttondiet

Not bad for Revenge, but not great either. At least it wasn’t a series low. and I think at this point it doesn’t even matter what ratings Don’t Trust the B. gets? It’s cancelled either way right?

  • Ryan Schwartz

Based on ratings, anyone else think ABC should bring ‘Revenge’ back for shorter seasons, sometime Jan-May? Air without hiatuses. 13-18 eps.

  • rob60990

I don’t recall The Biggest Loser ever skewing that young. It did pretty well.

Once Upon a Time is steady. Revenge did just OK. I don’t like that half hour drop.

  • omabin

wow that is low for revenge… the show is still going to be renewed but i was expecting better. i will hope that it was the biggest looser that hurt it. speaking of which, it it keeps those numbers, deception should break a 2 tonigt, let’s see. also sad about the comedies, there really is no way abc can justify renewing apartment 23, as much as i like it… as for happy endings, i pray to the syndication gods, but i don’t know. i am not too optimistic

  • The Cool Max

Wow. I feel sorry now for #23. Bad night for ABC’s comedies.

  • Ron

Revenge at 2.3 isnt good, but i expect the ratings will go a little higher in the next few weeks. I really like the show/

  • Petar Ivanov

TBW is big winner. NBC must give TBW post footbal sundays 8-10 pm and Trump from 10.

  • Canadian content

Republic of Doyle was excellent last night.
