Fast Affiliate Ratings: These first national ratings, including demographics, are available at approximately 11 AM (ET) the day after telecast, and are released to subscribing customers daily. These data, from the National People Meter sample, are strictly time-period information, based on the normal broadcast network feed, and include all programming on the affiliated stations, sometimes including network programming, sometimes not. The figures may include stations that did not air the entire network feed, as well as local news breaks or cutaways for local coverage or other programming. Fast Affiliate ratings are not as useful for live programs and are likely to differ significantly from the final results, because the data reflect normal broadcast feed patterns. For example, with a World Series game, Fast Affiliate Ratings would include whatever aired from 8-11PM on affiliates in the Pacific Time Zone, following the live baseball game, but not game coverage that begins at 5PM PT. The same would be true of Presidential debates as well as live award shows and breaking news reports.

Rating: Estimated percentage of the universe of TV households (or other specified group) tuned to a program in the average minute. Ratings are expressed as a percent.

Share (of Audience): The percent of households (or persons) using television who are tuned to a specific program, station or network in a specific area at a specific time. (See also, Rating, which represents tuning or viewing as a percent of the entire population being measured.)

Time Shifted Viewing – Program ratings for national sources are produced in three streams of data – Live, Live+Same Day (Live+SD) and Live+7 Day. Time shifted figures account for incremental viewing that takes place with DVRs. Live+Same Day (Live+SD) include viewing during the same broadcast day as the original telecast, with a cut-off of 3:00AM local time when meters transmit daily viewing to Nielsen for processing. Live+7 Day ratings include incremental viewing that takes place during the 7 days following a telecast.

The hot news here is The Biggest Loser! That’s very good and a sign that NBC won’t be ailing so much on Mondays.

I never expected OUAT or Revenge to go up now that football is over. ‘Housewives’ and B&S also never shot up in the ratings come January after football was ever. But Revenge has surely not benefited from a move to Sunday and Nashville isn’t doing as well as ABC had hoped. More problems for ABC.

Those comedy numbers are just sad!

I’ll say what everyone knows, the most obvious thing ever: The Mentalist did better on Thursdays. Patrick Jane is just a Thursday guy.

  • 1313 SVU Lane

I like HE and Apt 23, but really ABC who is your new scheduler because obviously you just got them off the kiddie rides at six flags. Even Park Ave would have probably done at least a 1.3.

  • Data

@SJ: Totally agreeing with you on your statement about Happy Endings – for better or worse, I always seem to be into the low rated ones.

  • Jenny

Happy Endings ratings are just so horrible what a major downer.:(

  • Greg

And if Happy Endings and Don’t Trust the B are this much low now, imagine how they will do next week facing the Golden Globes! I’m guessing a 0.7 for HE and a 0.5 for Apt 23.

I think ABC will cancel them before that. Its new low for that network.

ps Revenge is cheap soapy show. Don’t expect to be cancel anytime soon. Will get at least all seasons with original contracts.

  • Adien

Can;t believe that Biggest Loser is still on?? The show is very young skewing so I guess NBC will keep renewing it like forever!!

Nice showing for Mentalist but numbers still look lower than CSI Miami last season?

  • SweetD

I can’t see ABC cancelling both Happy Endings and Apt.23. Happy Endings will get A) another bad timeslot and be under promoted next year, until it makes it to a syndication friendly number, or B) sent to another network (TBS).

  • DaxJackson

The 2 ABC comedies are in the wrong place… for something that’s usually on around 8ish and move it till 10pm… No wonder they both did so poorly.

  • Bee

what should’ve happened is HE and apt. 23 airing wednesdays at 10PM or happy endings moving back to wednesdays at 9:30, suburgatory back to 8:30, and the neighbors and apt. 23 left to fend on tuesdays at 9:00. then we’d all be hoping for apt. 23 to be saved.

  • Petar Ivanov

Footbal really boost the simpson but 60 minutes after footbal was also 3.8 last time i think. So next sunday will be big even vs golden globe.

  • Bob

Revenge – Renewed for 3rd season guaranteed.
Revenge had to compete with new Downton Abbey which takes away some of the audience that Revenge has.
Biggest Loser is a winner because of Julien Michels and that is the ONLY reason!
The ABC comedies are sad for such decent shows especially Happy Endings.

  • Save666ParkAvenue

ABC made the wrong decision for sure! Now it’s losing three of it’s shows!
Bring back 666 Park Avenue or you will never get above 1.0 on Sunday 10 PM.

  • Greg

    @Petar Ivanonv

I don’t think they’re getting cancelled right away. Is it too late to reduce the order for Happy Endings? Either way, they’ll burn off as many episodes as they can.

  • Samunto

Oh and it goes without saying that ABC won’t be renewing HE & Apt23 at those ratings levels. They’re being burned off at this point.

When does the Trump premiere? I forgot what NBC will be airing Sundays.

  • Petar Ivanov

@When does the Trump premiere? I forgot what NBC will be airing Sundays.

New reality show. 2 hour with Eva Longoria.

  • Sarah

    Bring back Brothers & Sister!

  • MDM

Hell of a gain for Bob’s Burgers, great episode last night. May get adjusted down though I don’t believe football bled into the animation block.
